aye, your back, great video! One thing I do reccomend is to close any programs your not going to be using while making the speedart. This helps OBS encode better, as your CPU will have less work and there will be less programs idle in RAM.
NVENC is baically a video encoder chip on your graphicscard ( aka "gpu" ) , so that means that your gpu will do the encoding and not the cpu (wich is your main processor in the pc) so that you can do other cpu heavy tasks without being hinderd by the encoding going on.

I also get an "Encoder Overloaded!" error in OBS which says to 'consider turning down video settings or using a faster encoding preset'. However I've played around with this and either have the wrong settings or something because changing the encoder just gives me lower quality results. I've just changed my settings to what you have shown in the video and will be testing that soon, but any advice in general to deal with this issue?

Is your scene on the correct one? Sometimes you have another scene above the display capture one which black for streamers to block screens or something. Hope this helped 😊
