    I store my stone fruit on the counter, but they always end up being crunchy and hard on the inside despite being soft on the outside. Happens every single time, I'm surprised this wasn't mentioned in the video (or maybe it was and I missed it 😅)

    01:30 squeezing the fruit? If I was the retailer, I'd kick you out. Hold the fruit in a cupped hand and 'gently feel' with a light pressure. If everyone squeezed a fruit, especially avocado, there'd be bruised fruit everywhere.
