Came by by surprise. This was so much fun to watch. Love the Francochamp track and this is a very nice mod with Senna and his McLaren. Awesome game by the way, and really really good driving.

The only "bad" point I could found (if it's one) is the sequential gearbox, a H gearbox would've been as on the real car.
But you really drive it like Ayrton used to : downshifting very early, and I found it awesome :D

+finalcuthugo McLaren MP4/6. The MP4/7A was the first McLaren to use a paddle shift setup, in the following year.
This was Mclaren's 1991 car. They hadn't made the switch to paddle shifters yet.
Mclaren was somewhat behind on this idea. John Barnard first came up with the idea in 1987, and eventually got Ferrari to agree to try it on their 1989 car, the F189. Nigel Mansell won the car's first race in Brazil, despite the paddles failing (he pitted and replaced the steering wheel while the crew replaced all 4 tires, widely claimed to be the first 5 wheel change pitstop in F1!)
By 1991, the only teams which were using paddles were Ferrari and Williams. Everyone else were still using sequential stick-shifts, except Mclaren who were still on H pattern. This Mclaren though still won the drivers and constructors titles in 1991, making it the last manual gearboxed car (and the last V12 engined car) to win those titles.
With Williams' dominating the 1992 season having perfected their semi-auto gearbox, all teams were using paddles by the start of 1993.

Senna clicked off a 1:47.8 in this car in 1991 qualifying at Spa. Incredible, most of the F1 cars up until they changed the layout still weren't as quick, even many of the monster v10's.

eau rouge a fondo pero me parece que esta con alguna ayuda, con rfactor 2 no puedes tomar esa curva a fondo y casi sin mover las manos.

The 4/6 was a full manual h pattern with a clutch, not a sequential. You're driving this car faster than it can actually go because you're not using H pattern.

It's just a Sparco knob that he has put on instead of the normal knob that comes with the TH8A, you can get them on eBay

Hola Marcelo felicidades por el canal y por su equipo. Sé que este video es antiguo pero veo que usas csw 2.5. Acabo de comprarlo, pero no puedo encontrar una buena configuración de de fuerza para la assetto corsa. ¿podrías darme algún consejo? En Assetto Corsa tengo el ffb al 60% y todos los filtros a 0. Cargué un perfil lut creado tan pronto como instalé la base y, por lo tanto, con los valores de fábrica de la base. en la base mantengo el ff al 100%, el dri a -3, for entre 50 y 60 según el auto que conduzco, spr 0, dpr 10 max 20 y fei a 100 porque si el fei es demasiado bajo, siento El volante es demasiado gomoso. Estas son las mejores configuraciones que he encontrado en 2 meses. que piensas ¿Crees que el perfil de Lut es necesario? Espero su respuesta y felicidades nuevamente.en assetto utilizo también el ffb clip pero tengo desactivado el ffb dinamico

The shift knob is wrong. They would have used a simple aluminum ball. Senna used a Momo model 26 wheel that had ergonomic hand grips. This car used a common Stack dashboard.
