For details on the program head to … stefan-becker.mykajabi.com/program-details.
I like that this creater gets right to the root of the objective rather than prolong some introduction where you start to lose interest prior to getting to the overall point. I thank you for this. Appreciate you!!
I had chest pain due to Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, I followed your video exercise and adjusted the height of the seat and after a week I had no more pain. Thank you !
@@BodyFixExercises Thank you Stefan, it will be much appreciated, as scapular winging is greatly hindering my (and surely many others') journey towards a better and healthier posture. Thanks again for all the great work you put on RUclips!
These exercises are good, but you have to figure out and stop doing what is causing you to be hunchbacked in the first place. For me it's reading in bed and using my iPad at my chest. Since I started these stretches, I built a support for the iPad at slightly above eye level to avoid the chin down posture. The combination of these exercises and keeping my chin up and head and shoulders back whenever possible has improved my posture greatly. But I usually overdo my exercises, thus, at least in my case, it has been a painful process as the chest is being restructured.
very well explained. Those who already have issues with posture or hunchback need to do these and any other exercises carefully to avoid further damage.
Thank you for validating these exercises that I have used for some months with considerable success. However, a caution should be included that these exercises will stretch chest muscles and lead to chest pain and spasms that may induce fear of a heart attack. Proceed with caution if you have, or fear that you have a heart condition.
Someone with scoliosis and torn rotator cuff on right shoulder can do this? My right shoulder feels hurt when I stretching both arms on the corners of the room.

@@GreenAlexPower I'm still working on it. My shoulder is much less hunched. Now I also have to work on looking forward and not at my feet when I walk.
Thank you very much...I'm sure these exercises will sort out many different back problems
Can patients with ankylosing spondylitis do this? The spine is very rigid and not elastic at all.
A very important question, should be answered
Not a doctor, but given the nature of AS I would say probably not. If you do I would imagine it would be painful with little, if any gains.
Is this safe for stenosis over 7mm & little to no cartilage, discs, etc.?
We all need help with our posture being on our laptops & phs for work. My neck always hurt.
absolutely!
I might add, go to a good chiropractor to get any catches out down below that area, facet hangups.
Yup
Thx
No problem
Someone with scoliosis and torn rotator cuff on right shoulder can do this? My right shoulder feels hurt when I stretching both arms on the corners of the room.
It really depends of the severity of both.
Rule no. 1: Don't do anything that hurts!
@@BodyFixExercisesI have the same problem, that is, can it come from the T1 T2 nerve, that's what they found on my MRI
Someone with a slipped disc and mild scoliosis can do that?
It depends on the severity of both.
Hello i hope you reply can gym remove bad posture and can it make my poustur look good sorry for my bad english
Gym can help... but you need to do much more specific exercises to improve posture. Including mobilising joints
❤❤❤
"Avoid the poor positional habits that cause these problems in the first place",
then shows me in bed watching this 😅
It looks like the guy in the video (when doing the streches) is just a random guy being told how to do these things
I have sharp back pain on a very specific spot on my right middle back, what should i do to help it?
