I’m 76 and love my rebounder! Look and feel better than my 57 year old husband of 20 years. Great for lymphedema. Your positive enthusiasm is invigorating! Thanks!
I have a Reboundair Air (with a stabilizing bar). For the past month, I am rebounding about 20-30 minutes a day, in the morning & before bed (each session is about 10-15 minutes). I can't begin to tell you what a difference it has already made. I put on music & it is a lot of fun. I live in NYC & walk a lot & my legs are a lot stronger & my energy level is way up. Everyone should rebound!
Right on - a normal guy just rebounding and being encouraging. I'm just starting the game at 56. 30 years of zero activity after being crazy-active has removed all at Amina. I'm psyched to ramp up to 5 minutes soon, then the sky's the limit. Thank you very much!
hey thanks! 46 in two weeks... my advice to myself, and everyone i run into: go veggie (heavy on fruits & veggies raw) rebounding, plus biking, or running, or any movement in the sunshine! laugh, find excuses to play! surrender to the higher power inside forgive yourself, everyone. okay to fall off horse, just get back on. groundhog day..get up do it again. ... appreciate you stopping by!
Picked up a rebounder for $25 on the OfferUp app last night, and I love it! I quit the gym, and now I am rebounding, rollerskating, hiking, going to the beach, and bicycling. I feel like a kid again... and because of that, exercise is no longer a burden.... IT IS FUN!!!!! Thank you for this great video! You made me smile.
hey there! thanks so much for digging it! I've seen people start off with crazy high jumps and get hurt (unfortunately, that'll turn you off for a long time!) everyday is groundhog day, to me it's just getting up and refining the positive routines that keep you aligned on all levels. positive consistent routines work wonders :)
I am glad you posted this video. I just got my first rebounder mini trampoline a week ago and in a few days, I felt a positive difference in my body and my core. This is such a great exercise. Thanks for the video.
I'm 59 and just picked up a rebounder and use it as a cool down for 11 min after my weight training. I think there's real benefits to the lymph system jumping up and down for sure. Especially if you can do it out in the sun!
My Bellicose will arrive tomorrow. I am so inspired and excited to begin my journey to better health and weight loss. I'm 67 and have a great need to detox my lymph system. You have a very nice video. I enjoyed watching it and want to see more. Thanks.
hey emily! i'm digging Morse...almost trying to go down and study with him in florida in April, we'll see. i get inspired everytime i get on a rebounder, i can't believe you get all these benefits automatically, just by showing up...still have never tried bungee cord rebounders...let me know how it goes....i just reconnected with david hall at cellercise. i got my first rebounder from him in '98. talked to him for 45 minutes. man, he is still on fire, so inspiring...
Good video! I've been watching Dr. Morse too. I'm a 20 year fan of natural medicine. I just got a rebounder with bungee cords so it is nice and quiet. I have another one with springs but heard from the mfrs of the bungee cord ones that the ones with springs didn't allow for a soft enough and safe enough landing and could cause harm. You are inspiring me to get out and use mine though....I really want to clean out my lymphatic system.
You have encouraged me to return to the rebounder. I have lost weight and need to firm up sagging muscles. Does the rebounder do that? Also I want to gain weight with out eating the junk food. What are your suggestions?
Rebound Air. It folds up looks like a football when it closes! I Absolutely Love mine I’m 385 lbs and it is holding up great! Love mine, and the weight continues to come off!

I really appreciate how this is basically a gym replacement. No more excuses for me. Thanks for sharing!

I like the idea of fueling with fruit before the workout. Then refuel after the workout. This is true for any cardiovascular exercise.
I love my rebounder. I'm doing 10
Minutes a day and adding a minute each day until I get
To 20.
You get what you pay for, for sure!

Rebounding is the closest thing to the fountain of youth
Noticed you only did the health bounce is that all we need? i notice a lot of people doing routines i think are difficult.
Great Video, I ordered me a rebounder last week.

Which one do you have? How is it?
Not so.The Cellerciser is the best rebounder the price is competitive. Don’t need bungee chords for a healthy and safe workout.
What rebounder do you use ? I l love my cellerciser. It’s all personal preference
Lovely Garden
