    Ideal temps for items and how to prepare the cooking appliances for the item you are cooking.
    Items that compliment others well and help make a dish better
    How to prepare an item correctly before cooking it.
    Easy dishes for beginners from start to finish. Pastas maybe? Scratch pizzas? Taco fixings?
    How to determine types of meat cuts and what they would be used for.
    You’ve got the camera personality and lovely set to film on. Your information is straight forward and easy to grasp.

    Thanks! Please teach us how to sharpen knives!! I have a couple of old sharpeners that are like nail files kind of. Never sure I'm using them properly
