    How do I cut it for the air fryer? When I cut the breast by flat halfway mark to make 2 flat cutlets it gets so dried out.

      I never noticed that the grain runs side to side. I've been cutting it side to side (making shorter strips) but they are probably tough afterward since I didn't pay attention at first

    I'll pass on that horizontal cutting part. Every time I've tried it, the cut is never straight, always dips down or something so in left with uneven pieces.
