- Ingredients required :
Oats - 135 gm
Honey - 90 gn
Butter (salted) - 40 gm
Cinnamon powder - 1/8 tsp
Brown sugar - 1 tbsp
Dry fruits of choice
Cashews, dried cranberries, almonds, desiccated coconut, pistachio, melon seeds.
Step By Step Recipe :
In a flat microwave safe dish, spread the oats and microwave at 180 Watts for 4-5 minutes for roasting the oats.
In another mixing bowl, take butter, honey, cinnamon powder, brown sugar, mix well and microwave at 180 Watts for 5 minutes.Stir in between .
To this mixture add the roasted oats, and dry fruits of your choice. Give it a good mix.
Transfer this mixture to a rectangular bowl lined with butter paper. Press the mixture downwards and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes till you get a nice golden colour on top.
Allow it to cool and cut into rectangular pieces. Bars are ready to be served.

How do you bake at 180 for 25 min using a microwave?
Thanks for your query,let me try answering this. Microwave has got 3 modes : micro, grill and bake. So when we turn on the bake mode, we can bake it at various temperatures like 180°C, 360°C and so on depending on the requirements. Similarly we have Watts in micro mode like 900W, 720W and so on.
So yes,we had actually baked the bars at 180°C for about 25 minutes. Hope this answers your doubt.
