Köszönjük a videót! So excited to see you review this brand from my native Hungary 🇭🇺 I have heard other people rave about the cleanser. But you too now? I think I will definitely pick up that cleanser. Along with the vitamin C, hydrating toner, an exfoliating toner.
It really surprised me!! I assumed it would be “just another cleanser”, but I think it is the soothing aspect that takes it to another level!

This is where I get basically all of actives from geek and gorgeous. I’m a bit sensitive to HA and niacinimide and I like that those ingredients are kept separate. Their A-game is great, I’ve been using A-game 10 for like 2 years now. I really like their liquid hydration and stress less for just soothing and being kind to my skin, helps with redness and irritation. I’m on my second bottle of Apad and I’ve noticed a bit of an improvement in redness and acne, but I can’t be sure that it’s that making the big difference, but it’s nice to use and hydrating. I’ve been testing their liquid exfoliants, will likely never try smooth out because I don’t need or tolerate really strong exfoliants. But their calm down and cheer up ones are great, I love that they’re gentle but work well, and I love that there’s a bit of BHA in there. The vitamin c is great too. I’ve been storing mine in the fridge and it’s still clear (it’s been 3 months since I got it home). I’ve tried the happy barrier moisturiser and I like that too, it’s pretty matte/satin finish, but still rich. Although I don’t love the packaging because the TPE is a twist cap and not a flip cap (I’m lazy).
Thank you for this video! So far I've tried only the aPad serum but the Liquid Hydration, Keep Calm toner and the new mosturizers are on my list to buy next.
Personally for me, aPad serum was alright with combating my mild rosacea redness but it wasn't on par with Skintegra Infrared serum that also has azelaic deravite + madecassoside, oat extract and niacinamide.
If you liked this, I highly recommend you try that one as well. It's quite hydrating and calming!

G&G are a wonderful brand! I'm using their aPad, Calm Down, Jelly Joker, and their Vitamin C products. You're so right about toners too. I detest astringents as they strip my skin. If you are going to cleanse your skin with a cotton pad, use a nice micellar water such as Bioderma's.
Hydrating toners are game changers and it's good to see western brands slowly starting to catch on (CeraVe for example). K and J Beauty are the OG for hydrating toners though! Won't be without them ever!
I looooooooove the C-glow, such a nice feeling when applied and I feel like it really does the job, what a gem!

Loved this video Alice! Great job! Your ranking doesn’t surprise me at all, mine is very similar. I’ve tried some of their products but not all, if you want to try a different exfoliant, I really love their Calm down, though their exfoliants are a little expensive.
I was thinking I might enjoy that one! Although I love Liquid Hydration so much that I'm thinking I'll just stock up on those on my next order 😆 (+ C-Glow and A Game!)

I literally am running out of all my actives or serums , niacinamide , vitamin c , retinol and want to add azelaic acid so I have b-bomb , c glow apad and retinal in cart and have nothing but great reviews , thinking of just going for , I'd definitely save money in reality since the current stuff is much more individual ! Thanks for review !
Yup that’s the catch with this brand - you kind of have to come up with quite a few products that you want to try at once. I’ll also add that they do have mini sizes of the exfoliants (will probably grab the other two minis in my next order!)
Love their AGame10 & likewise no irritation or dryness just a few uncharacteristic breakouts at the beginning. Would love to try their C Glow but international shipping is not so competitive unfortunately if you dont meet free shipping $$.

Really want to get the retinal/vit c serums
Update: started a game and used it a few times. Absolutely love it
I love their c glow vitamin c serum, it’s quite effective while being gentle on my sensitive skin. Really didn’t like Liquid hydration as it was not enough for my dehydrated skin and the jelly cleanser felt like rubbing Vaseline all over my face (my favourite cleanser is Hemish all green clean foam).
I’m also using their retinal, so let’s see what happens!
If you still have the liquid hydration, try pouring it into a spray bottle! (Genuinely cannot believe I failed to mention this in this video lol, though I show it in the AM routine 🤦♀️). That made a huge difference for me, and I truly think they should sell it that way lol!

Hi there, did you ever use GOW vitamine c? I can't find that much reviews but it looks nice. It is in an airless bottle. Would love to find someone who reviews it 🍋 Are you still using the retinal?
This is the only brand that I've seen where their low costs keep me from ordering. I'm mostly just interested in the Retinal and Vitamin C serums, but I don't want to order in bulk for either of those products. I'll probably do it once I finally run out of at least 1 of all my backup in either category.
Y’know I can actually see that! It’s one of those brands where it would be so easy to order from with a friend - but individually? Yeah it’s kind of tough to put together 60 euros of products!

Why? It’s more affordable than any high end brand like Paula’s choice or drink elephant
L-Ascorbic acid specifically, and to a lesser extent retinal, have shorter shelf lives. One of the huge G&G benefits is that they make the l-ascorbic acid serum weekly, but if you buy 5 to hit minimum shipping I think half the batch would go bad before you used it. Bottom line is don't spend $60 on just vitamin C for free shipping unless you're sharing with others. If you can fill the cart up with other products you like that's a good deal though. Also to your point it's still far less than many alternatives, I just don't like wasting product. @@tima2553
I wasn't able to use the smooth out exfoliator it made my face burn instantly and I've used a lot of exfoliators and my skin is usually pretty tough so I found that odd. I think it might have been the cactus extract but idk🤷🏼♀️

Hey Alice, I wanted to ask you in advance when you make the video on GG Power Peptides, could you make it a bit more sciency / geeky? Would be great if you could look into on what percentage MAtrixyl 3000 and MAtrixyl Synthe 6 was studied, because they were for sure studied, but as far as I remember it was 8% MAtrixyl 3000, but on INCI website it says 3%.. Anyhow I would be curious to know if the percentage they have is not too little and how the serum compares to TO MAtrixyl 3000? Now all RUclipsrs make very unsciency videos and I really appreciate you for being more in touch with research how you did it with copper peptides:)

FaceTheory would be the next trial I do, except I decided to put it off with the move. Will be coming in August! I’m super curious to see how FT and G&G compare as a lot of their core ideas are similar 🤔

Any recommendations for puffy dark circles?
In general or from this brand? In general, i'd say an eye cream (or moisturizer if your eye area is A-OK with reg moisturizer) with a vitamin c derivative and/or caffeine.
For tired days ((like I had today lol)), I also love using my eye gels (cold bc I keep them in the fridge) or a cold jade roller. Feels incredible and helps with the puffiness!

how does someone break out from stress? I am moving too and went thru a break up and I never break out under stress. I break out when I eat too much sugar,

Love the liquid hydration and A-game 10💙💛. The only things I haven't tried are the cleanser and the ha serum which I'm thinking of giving a try just to reach the free shipping on my next order(Probably the only thing I don't like about them! It's hard to order if you aren't spending up to that amount and ain't no way in he🏒🏒 my broke ass is paying 18 bucks for darn shipping. That's more than most of the products🤬(sorry had to rant lol))
I try to hit the free shipping when shipping is $5 🤦♀️ I just haaaate spending money on shipping (which is hilarious, I’ve shipped stuff, I know it’s expensive - but I hate paying for it THAT MUCH lol!)
