I'm subscribed to both, but Tom gets deeper into the subtleties and details than Coach Anthony. This is not to say that one is better than the other, just that their approaches and delivery are different. And by "different," I mean that in the most complimentary of ways. For his teaching style, I prefer Tom's meticulous attention to detail. For my kids, they tend to prefer Coach Anthony's approach. Regardless, they're both learning good, solid, fundamentals - and a lot of slick moves to keep things interesting and fun along the way.

Great nickname “Sniper” & great sound effects with that one ☝🏼. 2nd Amendment all the way. Freedom & liberty. Many fighters either neglect the body or are not taught how to go to the body properly and effectively. Much needed. 🥊 🏆
Ive been trying to work just that. The first variation is my favorite but it never came to me to aim it at the solar plexus. Instead i do a very short upper with all my bodyweight behind it
You'd better keep Sniper in a cage and throw him raw meat just to keep him from mangling somebody. Nice techniques, very capably demonstrated by Sniper.
I love the content but I wish for some southpaw strategy. I can employ some of this but always wondering if there’s more. I am always improvising ideas which makes me tricky. But strategy is what I need. Coach thank you
in general the fighters was focus in head's combinations and that is a mistake. the body punches are very important and more for short people, like me.
@@ronaldson57 That's a very general question. How much do you think you need to hit the bag? Heavy bag is a skill and if you aren't very good at hitting it, then you need more rounds. If you are using it for conditioning, and you are out of shape, you need to work it more often. Typically, if you spend 3 or 4 rounds on the bag along with all of your other training tools per workout, you should be making progress! Shadowboxing is one of the best for conditioning and realistic training.
That is correct. Good analysis. Stepping further allows for more load and power, but takes much more time and takes you away from the target. This move has to be smooth and quick!
Do you usually standback n look while they bodyshot you twice or it's just cause it's a yound guy in front of you? He should defend before 2nd body shot or he'll get hooked.
Thanks for the comment. It's just a drill and demonstration. As we all know things change a bit in real time. This young boy is talented and understands the concepts. Your points are valid. If someone is fast enough, they can hit you with multiple body blows for sure. Thanks!
@@WorldClassBoxingChannel Sorry for late reply coach. I origin n live in Greece as you might guessed from my nick. Your school is in which exact part of the states?
That's good but I think the 3d and 4th example it's too dangerous because you will be inside your opponent what if he shot a straight or swing right hand ?
Great question. As you know, every move can be countered and every move made should anticipate that counter.. Inside fighting requires the chin to be tucked and hands tight for protection and the fighter must demonstrate perpetual motion as to not stay in one place too long to minimize being exposed. There is always that risk of getting hit as that is one guarantee in boxing! Thanks again. Great comment.
