Yes but how is the treatment? How do the men feel on nasal TRT? Side effects? How much? Pointless doing a study on purely blood thickening. And who does intramuscular injections every 2 weeks? Just goes to show they haven’t got a clue already
Ive been doing the injections for years since having testicular cancer. I also take a fairly high dose daily of vitamin E for liver health, which acts as a blood thinner anyhow. You can get similair effects from fish oil. It basically counters any thickening effects. The androgel is terrible and causes more problems. Not as familair with the nasal gel. This study was probably pushed by a secondary agenda behind selling the product as usual in pharma industry.
I'm wondering if with injections the actual T levels are much higher because imo they dose it too high. I inject only 0:47 70 mgs once per week and my blood is fine. When I did 500 mgs every other wk my blood was way too thick and I had a TIA. I'm thinking that with gels you can't get your T levels up that high to cause the issue ? 0:47 0:47
What they aren't mentioning, and it's really important Is that the kind of blood thickening you get from TRT is only your red blood cell count, which you could also get from being a highly trained athlete, or living at high altitude. This doesn't carry the same risk as someone who has something like polycythemia vera, which not only increases hematacrit, but all blood cells including platelets.

Three to six days a week, with a workout partner and a trainer.
I use 200mg injections of testosterone weekly and it is by far and away the best for me to get good results from the therapy. However, you do have to get your blood checked every 2 months and donate blood if your hemoglobin goes up.
When they say your blood thickens they are really saying your hematocrit levels go up. Not for everybody and for some people it doesn’t matter. For people that are sensitive to it just donate blood and get lab work done every quarter.
The meme nasal delivery method has fewer side effects because it's at best only 50% as effective as injections and doesn't raise T levels very well They skipped that part
I tried the gel for months but it wouldn’t soak into my skin. I don’t know if it was because I’m fair skinned or what. No matter how long I tried to rub it in it would just ball up and fall off my chest. I tried different areas and it didn’t make a difference. It wouldn’t soak in at all. He said he never seen it happen before. lol He put me on injections and that’s how I’ve done it since 2011 I think.

I was 16 when i did tests for my T levels and i had around 46 - 74 ng/dl, i’m 18 now and i just wanna ask do i have to go to a doctor or should ignore these stuff and live on?
Testosterone helps with fat loss. Not all exercise is created equally though. Ensure you do cardio atleast 2x per week and get some resistance training. Cardio, TRT, and a healthy diet can help you can reduce cardiovascular disease risk. There has been an increase in deaths in the US, and sadly it is usually preventable. Sadly, younger kids are dying from this more and more. See your doctor and have them review your blood work! All three mentioned helps improve your HDL and LDL as well as reduce insulin resistance and blood sugar levels. Weight training/resistance training does not provide a great cardiovascular benefit. I see a lot of comments on here mentioning just weight training. The goal is to get both types of training! Strengthen your heart and improve/sustain your muscle mass.
Should not be given once every two weeks should be at least once a week if not more obviously every individual is different, but every two weeks is way too long
Bingo. Nobody does a study for philanthropic reasons. They all have some ulterior motives, and that's typically to make money. Whenever they say no to something, they're making money (or stand to make money) on the opposite.
Oral test is horrible on your liver. TRT is very good and the hemoglobin increase can be mitigated by blood donations. A lot of people do use more than needed though which makes the blood issue happen a little more.
@@Philippinesbound42 If your dose is right you dont have to. Also exercising helps. Drs however freak out about "high" red blood cell levels but people at high altitude have high levels without issue. Its also why people train at altitude, high red blood cell levels means more oxygen transport in the body.

You need to get a referral to an Endocrinologist, they are the ones that understand and can give the prescription, atleast that's the path I took in Ontario
natural cure for this, several in fact, dont do TRT. Follow the below and in a week you'll have off the charts testosterone. Add NAC supplement and multivitamin for morning and diner. NAC will raise testosterone and ensure all your vitamins are getting where they need to go. Step two, fast - don't need until diner 4-7PM and have meat, veggies and fruits. This will also skyrocket your T levels. you should experience a decent bump from both of these. Lastly if this doesn't get you where you need to be start taking Holy basil pills twice daily, they have same effect as TRT and act as an anabolic naturally. Holy Basil will have your t levels off the charts so be prepared.
Harvard university says “"Tons of men who would never have asked me about it before started to do so when they saw ads that say 'Do you feel tired?'" Just being tired isn't enough to seek testosterone replacement therapy. "General fatigue and malaise is pretty far down my list," Dr. O'Leary says. "But if they have significant symptoms, they'll need to have a lab test. In most men the testosterone level is normal." If a man's testosterone looks below the normal range, there is a good chance he could end up on TRT hormone supplements - often indefinitely. "There is a bit of a testosterone trap," Dr. Pallais says. "Men get started on testosterone replacement and they feel better, but then it's hard to come off of it. On treatment, the body stops making testosterone. Men can often feel a big difference when they stop therapy because their body's testosterone production has not yet recovered."” Even apparently there’s risks “keep risks in mind when considering testosterone therapy or other therapies . "I frequently discourage it, particularly if the man has borderline levels”” but most do let people take HRT as they get older so probably in 50’s you’ll have easier referrals Also high cholesterol well “higher testosterone can lead to lower levels of "good" cholesterol in healthy men between the ages of 20 and 50.” So I think you’d wanna wait but it’s your decision
The problem is the dosing schedule. Giving a bolus is the problem. 200mg plus every couple weeks is no different than juicing other than its a little lower. 200mg isnt really trt and can cause weird symptoms in “some” people.
I've been on TRT for several years and I donate blood every 60 days & take a low dose aspirin (81 mg) to alleviate blood thickening. A healthy diet and weight training also keeps me healthy. I also inject subcutaneously instead of intra-muscularly & I have no issues.
There is not nearly as much info or research needed. If you micro dose test is smaller amounts keeps blood concentration more stable and doesn't cause peaks and troughs in blood serum concentration. It's terribly sad that there isn't more info and wrong misleading Info everywhere about this subject
Donate 1pint of blood every few months is the key to combating the blood thickness. But I'm not a doctor so what do I know ;) just talked to many and seen tons of studies and blood work. But it's really a simple fix.
The doctor in the video is not aware of European testosterone management,, the DEPO Pfizer brand in the video, is the best intramuscular to use, as described by my German educated and German doctor, which is the head of the metabolism at veterans administration in San Diego,,, American doctors less educated than European doctors on this subject,,, new evidence shows it does not hurt your heart it actually improves heart attack victim quality of life....
Maybe these so called Drs should start telling people to inject every week or twice a week instead of every 2 weeks like they do now. Blood doesnt thicken near as much.
This just popped up in my feed. I'm 58 years old. 6ft 215lbs. Athletic build. I know everyone is different. I have worked out for over 40 years. Never used any drugs. I have sex 3-4 times a week. So i keep on working out and lifting heavy. When things change i will change to harder workouts. 👍🏾
This is just an advertisement for the nasal and gel testosterone since no one is using them. I know people on the injectable testosterone for over 20 years and they’re just fine.
Being in my mid-forties, I can understand why so many men take it. It's becoming harder to stay in shape and retain muscle. I will say that I also believe there are many benefits to lower T as well. I like being more laid back and content. There is far more to life than having six pack abs and the grinder mentality I thought was so important in my younger years. I'll take more peace and contentment in my later years. It opens the doors to many far greater opportunities in my mind.
Great perspective, I agree. I have all the 50+ men in my neighborhood and fathers that seem like they all still need to be on Varsity Football 1st String club. With the clothes, and the flat brim baseball cap, they all seem in mid life crisis mode. I’m good. Thanks
You do know that extreme low testosterone has many terrible health consequences, also reduces quality of life, not everyone is on trt for a 6 pack, some just want to feel normal.
Studies show low testosterone has very bad negative outcomes.. so does very high.. if you are hypogonadal and you have tried everything to get normal and can't a safe protocol.. (test P ED low dose) will sort your life out and increase most health markers also.
I take mine once every two weeks intermuscularly in the glute. I find the glute works better than the thigh and is sore for less time. Also having too much testrostrone in your system at once is also bad for you and can cause damage. It also can cause your body to convert excess testrostrone into estrogen.
Lucky America. The medical industries attitude towards TRT isn't as progressive in the UK unless you are willing to go private. I read that many men of a certain age suffer from poor mood due to low testosterone but it took a lot of convincing for my doctor to order blood tests. So it seems that I might have to look elsewhere for my needs. There are a lot of people pretending to themselves that they are on TRT when they are dosing at similar levels to that of a casual bodybuilder.

I use 200mg injections of testosterone weekly and it is by far and away the best for me to get good results from the therapy. However, you do have to get your blood checked every 2 months and donate blood if your hemoglobin goes up.
New to Tes. How many ML do you do in a week?
I do the same for 5 years now. I am 61. Still killing it in the gym. Sometimes i ad 50mg deca with it lol.

When they say your blood thickens they are really saying your hematocrit levels go up. Not for everybody and for some people it doesn’t matter. For people that are sensitive to it just donate blood and get lab work done every quarter.
The meme nasal delivery method has fewer side effects because it's at best only 50% as effective as injections and doesn't raise T levels very well
They skipped that part
I tried the gel for months but it wouldn’t soak into my skin. I don’t know if it was because I’m fair skinned or what. No matter how long I tried to rub it in it would just ball up and fall off my chest. I tried different areas and it didn’t make a difference. It wouldn’t soak in at all. The doctor didn’t believe me so I had to bring it in and show him what it was doing. He said he never seen it happen before. lol He put me on injections and that’s how I’ve done it since 2011 I think.
It’s white privilege.
have you tried exfoliating? my gf introduced me to African net sponges & i'll never go back to loofahs. Scrubbed years of dead skin off of me. Lotion wasn't soaking on my body or anything and after i used one hasn't had a problem.

Testosterone was in the mud. I take weekly shots and I’m a muscle car again. Only side effects I’ve noticed is it rises an falls over the week and around day 4 I have to watch my aggression.

Just donate blood if you have high red blood cells. It’s not dangerous lol
Haha!!

That's exactly what I need to do. All my numbers look good except elevated red blood cell count and cholesterol. Both normal side effects of TRT. I just need to adjust my diet a little and donate some blood periodically and I will be good.

These doctors always have some agenda.
I've been on TRT for 1 year under the guidance of my doctor. My initial T was 360 at age 37. Now I am up to about 1200. I do have increased RBC/Hemoglobin because of TRT but I just donate blood and its completely fixed. I also have improved my LDL and HDL cholesterol while being on TRT ( I stopped eating so much sugar.) The gym performance? I was at a peak for my size, age, and diet doing PPL split with extreme dedication to the gym. While on TRT I slacked slightly with my gym schedule due to work and still managed to increase the weight on EVERY single exercise. My Bench PR went up 20lbs with minimal effort. I feel good EVERY DAY because of TRT and if you are over age 30 you should talk to your doctor about TRT. Dont abuse this stuff and DO NOT do it without blood work every 3 - 6 months.
What about your sperm count ? That’s what I’m thinking about tbh
What is the absorption of nasal

Been on trt for 3 years. I inject intramuscular every other day. Keeps levels at a good rate. Blood work looks great thankfully. I donate blood but also take raw garlic everyday which helps my blood pressure. For akmeone to inject one fat dose of testosterone 1x every 2 weeks os insane. Their levels have to be all over the place.
Yes. Frequent inject works beautifully for me. Prop or acetate fast act more mg per ml of testosterone as well. Doctor had me on long Esters cypianate and enanthate. Weak test mg for mg fast act short esters pack a bigger bang 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Society has spent billions to make men less alpha...
literally fund cartels and keep open borders and put fent everywhere and legalize all drugs like in some places in BC, Canada, and maybe Oregon.. and let people die but men want to be healthy??? NO WAY JOSE. Not to mention antidepressants and hair loss drugs everywhere that kill people and cause suicide.

Sounds like some drug company wants you to use their new form of gel therapy at an outrageous price vs generic injection.
Should not be given once every two weeks should be at least once a week if not more obviously every individual is different, but every two weeks is way too long
Just goes to prove how very uniformed these so call medical professional really are. Most doctors are clueless when it comes to TRT .
If your paying 1600 a month your getting taking advantage of that's incredibly ridiculous price
2 weeks is way to long. Half life is 7 days. Your bottomed out the last week.

Donate blood 4 times a year to thin it out. Just don't tell them, they don't like people who use needles, legal or not.
The place I donate blood does not have a problem with me injecting testosterone as long as it’s prescribed by a doctor.
Now let’s talk who sponsored this study
Who wants to be donating blood every few months ?
Not only that you never know how much actually get absorbed. Its the same with topical solutions. But if it works for some guys, good for them.
@@Philippinesbound42 If your dose is right you dont have to. Also exercising helps. Drs however freak out about "high" red blood cell levels but people at high altitude have high levels without issue. Its also why people train at altitude, high red blood cell levels means more oxygen transport in the body.
If you combine TRT injections with anti blood clotting vitamins, you will never have problems, but K. Fish oil. And other herbs to avoid multiple trombosis
I love how they don’t list the risks that come with TRT such as shrinking testicles.

I’m in BC and I need to figure out a safe way to get on test, my testosterone is in the low 10% range 1.31-189 and I gym everyday, I walk, I eat fairly good and I play sports and work hard. I finally lost 15-20 pounds but I have absolutely no energy and I’ve complained to my Dr’s for 2/3 years that I’m always tired and I have no energy and my libido is definitely not what it used to be while it’s definitely clearly affecting my life.
I can only imagine how much stronger or how much better. I would luck if I had higher testosterone and some energy, but I push forward as hard as I can, because my old man rest his soul never raised a quitter.
Can anyone offer any advice I have a Dr’s appointment on Tuesday and I’m almost 45.
Thank you so much to anyone who can offer and give advice

Harvard university says “"Tons of men who would never have asked me about it before started to do so when they saw ads that say 'Do you feel tired?'"
Just being tired isn't enough to seek testosterone replacement therapy. "General fatigue and malaise is pretty far down my list," Dr. O'Leary says. "But if they have significant symptoms, they'll need to have a lab test. In most men the testosterone level is normal."
If a man's testosterone looks below the normal range, there is a good chance he could end up on TRT hormone supplements - often indefinitely. "I frequently discourage it, particularly if the man has borderline levels”” but most do let people take HRT as they get older so probably in 50’s you’ll have easier referrals
Also high cholesterol well “higher testosterone can lead to lower levels of "good" cholesterol in healthy men between the ages of 20 and 50.” So I think you’d wanna wait but it’s your decision
The problem is the dosing schedule. Giving a bolus is the problem. 200mg plus every couple weeks is no different than juicing other than its a little lower. 200mg isnt really trt and can cause weird symptoms in “some” people.
Therapeutic blood draws lower hematocrit/blood viscosity. Maybe once or twice a year
I've been on TRT for several years and I donate blood every 60 days & take a low dose aspirin (81 mg) to alleviate blood thickening. A healthy diet and weight training also keeps me healthy. I also inject subcutaneously instead of intra-muscularly & I have no issues.
Fake News. I have met and known over 100 people on trt, not one person has mentioned blood clots.

what about low-dose gh as a "safer" alternative?
Testosteron never killed anyone. Low levels of it did. If you have low test you're likely to get prostate cancer

There is not nearly as much info or research needed. If you micro dose test is smaller amounts keeps blood concentration more stable and doesn't cause peaks and troughs in blood serum concentration. It's terribly sad that there isn't more info and wrong misleading Info everywhere about this subject

So what the media wants to say is that the nasal is much worse for you.
Some politicians have stock in the nasal.

Blood thickening can be managed by donating red blood cells every three months.

Bombarding our food supplies with toxic pesticides are whats causing low testosterone in men for years now, this makes trt absolutely necessary.

Guess which one paid for this study…. Also IM injections ideally taken twice per week with lower dosages not twice per month.
Maybe these so called Drs should start telling people to inject every week or twice a week instead of every 2 weeks like they do now. Blood doesnt thicken near as much.
