I don't recognize the areas but the first and last units at 20k baht are SO AFFORDABLE!!! I'm planning on coming to the area and getting a large pool villa for my family, I will seriously consider buying a unit like these for a rental investment.

Not sure of his budget was it 20k? I would rather go for a newer building with more ammenities.Give yourself a week or two to look around...plenty of choices in patts.

Unfortunately a lot westerns have an over expectations from their life in western countries. Big bathrooms, big bedrooms and so on. I lived all over SE Asia, I like and live, like a local.
I prefer efficient living over excessive living. I'm retired no kids and single. Don't need to pay for all the bells and whistles of housing, when I could save that money for experiences and enjoyment!

Genarally , the older buildings have more square footage , however , its subjective cuz some new buildings may have a better set up as far as the rooms and extras .

It is. You add 10% for each month under 6 to get the rate. Short-term condo rentals are hard to find and have higher prices.

What is the tax when you sell a condo with profit and at a loss?
