  • Today Rachel and I are showing some value prices condos for sale and rent in Pratumnak. If you're wondering about the cost of living in Thailand, Pattaya condos for rent and the availability of short-term rentals, this is the video for you.
    #pattaya #thailandlifestyle #pattayacondo
    I'm not selling anything. I make real estate videos and publish them on Friday's to give you an idea what living in Thailand is really like. I'll show a variety of locations, sizes and prices so, while this one might not be for you, that doesn't mean it isn't for someone else watching.
    The best way to support me and the channel is by hitting those like and subscribe buttons and watching the entire video. This helps RUclips know you like what you're seeing and they'll show it to more people. Thanks!

    Not impressed. But I guess it's ok for people on a low budget. I am from Norway and i am used to high standards. I feel it's difficult to find something that suits my Scandinavian taste in Thailand.

    My only bugbear with all 3 is the size of the TV.
    Also if you buy then we need to know the maintainece charges too, per metre.
    The last option of monthly rental, how much deposit is required and is wifi included?
    Other than that I would give you a big thumb's up.
    For some reason emoji's are not working.
    regards

    • @RetiringToAsia
      @RetiringToAsia  3 месяца назад +1

      A lot of people will buy bigger a TV, even when renting. They aren't expensive. Generally I dont mention maintenance fees, and many other disclosures, in the videos. If someone is interested I put them in touch with the appropriate contact who can give full details. This helps keep the videos to a good length. For these, it's 40THB/SQ M. Basic wifi is free in both buildings but can be upgraded for a fee.
