You didn’t watch the video? He asked in video and she responded in the video… there’s no written documentation and no one is keeping track who gets or decides to work from home or in office. They do it Willy nilly! They work 3 days in office and the rest off office/at home! If you can’t reach them, they still get paid while at home.
I’m like the OP. Working from home is cool but there needs to be accountability and records. You need to offer the services and make it possible for everyone to access the services. A public phone or side room should be offered to those with no access to personal and third party phones. They’re all in agreement. Will they change the system?….

@@alxaccountability Very well put together video! Only one note for you, take it or leave it :) When presenting the documents, the scrolling is great, but had trouble reading them to the end because they disappear too quickly. If there is anyway to extend the time after the scrolling has stopped, like 2/3 seconds they would be a lot easier to pause and read.

@@zachfelder3146 Thank you for your feedback and support. Exhibiting documents in a video poses a challenge. Some viewers don’t care to read. The viewers who want to read all content, if I make them viewable for too long, people get frustrated, fast forward, and miss content. My compromise is that viewers who wanted to read all content could pause the video. It’s what I do often when watching other channels. I know it’s not ideal but hopefully the explanation seems reasonable. Next video drops within 24 hours!

I work for a nonprofit and we are required to keep a schedule that all of the supervisors must have access to. We sign a contract stating specific days and times we will be in the office, where our home visits are and what time, we must show work for the amount of hours we work. If we say we worked 8 hours on Tuesday we better show paperwork or home visits that are acceptable for an 8 hour day! And we also must check in with our supervisor in the morning and evening. Why in the heck do public servants not have to do the same!?? That is ludicrous they are not accountable to anyone and don't have to keep record of their work days and hours!

Sue them for the unlawful arrest in federal court, then everything will become discovery which they can't deny. They violated your right to record public officials in public in the performance of their duties. Lots of case law on that.

Nothing helps against corruption like the sanitizing light of public scutiny. My suggestion would be to make a report to the State and Federal FBI, and the DOJ.
Once you have a response, hopefully case numbers, you should make a press release announcing a press conference and send it to every TV, radio station, podcaster, and RUclips reporter in the state.
At the confrence, held on the courthouse steps, where you can't be forbidden to speak, say that a State amd Federal investigation has been demanded (by you).
This should give you the publicity, and media traction you need.
With luck, it will attract the attention of a hotshot lawyer that will want to cash in on the publicity.

This happens often in small towns. If a bonufied attorney would of submitted the descovery request, they would not of squashed it, but most of the tine county court appointed as attorneys are only good for cutting deals and not at all practicing real law, they just sit back collect the funds and are byddy buddy with the city prosecutor.

Laughs thing and also very important period for a person that has A.D.H.D we operate better with direct interactions in hand and people that we can talk to our brains. Fire and work becomes impossible to do everything by typing it out. Even now i'm using text to speech to write this for example. This is called and can be considered disability, so you do have to meet our needs or face a costly lawsuit after lawsuit. Sometimes haveing others right down what we say face to face on problimat8c or complex issues or areas where a person is not skillfully knowledgeable with. This person your dealibg with here has a considerable amount of disabilities. This works the same as if you are a licensed driver, thus meaning, failer to nit know or have these services available for people with disabilities is not an excusable reason when it comes to being sued in a lawsuit for this. You are exspected to have a person on your city system who is properly edgucated with knowing where and how to accommodate this on demand. Watching all your city workers who make zero efforts to do at last the exspected thibgs they are hired for is appalling. See disability means more than, oh hay we have handicap accessible wheel chair ramps or parking, its far more complicated than that people.
