The officer keeps taking about the issue. Their is NO ISSUE when people are not breaking the law.
As a fairly new PA resident(formerly CA then MD, now PA), I'm actually pretty plesantly surprised at this audit. Not a single mention of the firearm, not a single mention about not filming, just the one mention of the "restricted" area which is semi-reasonable.
Article 1 Section 21 Pennsylvania Constitution
So sick of hearing for officer safety
Why is this idiot insisting taxpayer money be wasted on signage? It's only lot lizards like him that want to hang out on parking lots. BTW dimwit, the PA Trespassing law allows for verbal notice to be enough. If you don't leave after that, you're trespassing.
"Especially Children" That was an underhanded dig!
Well done standing your ground!
#respect
I heard it. I just didn't care to be honest.
Audit rewind sent me. Great great audit! You handled yourself very well. You now have a new subscriber, and yes I have the bell on lol
Finally glad to see I’m not the only cop watcher out here! I haven’t done any audits yet but I will be
“Their home”, “their property” - They definitely have become numb to the fact they work for the public in a public building on public property.
Love to see a local auditor.
Well done. Love the demeanor.
I'd love to talk about joining you. I'm just on the other side of the river in York. Used to work in Lancaster.
I’m open to you joining me. Hit me up @ lancaster.county.audits.pa@gmail.com
There’s a lot of work to be done in York as well. I’m not opposed to traveling to you.
I cop watch Lancaster as well. Would love to do a collab with both of you!
@@lancpacivilrights
Cool. I'll shoot you an email.
Should be back across the for some shopping first week of July.
They don't like their authority being "tested"
Brilliantly done. Your discourse with these LEO's was spot on. I loved at [11:51] "Do you expect me to follow the law? Well, I expect you to follow the law."
This police manager. S. R. Eachus, wonders at [22:53] why you don't "comply' with his reason and purpose for you leaving. However, the people wonder why they don't 'comply' with our reason and purpose for staying, a reason and purpose that is based upon, and protected by, the 1st Amendment to the Constitution they swore to uphold.
new sub here ~ they just can't help themselves with the disingenuous copsplaining BS seems universal with cops also they just can't accept the fact that they work for the PUBLIC and they are OUR SERVANTS!!! nice audit brother, good job standing down their BS!!! PROPS!!!
Good Job !!
Cops will try to act like they're your friends while actively trying to keep you from exercisong ur righta
Audit Rewind sent me. Great audit... you've earned a new subscriber. As a resident of Berks County, I've been waiting for this! I'm not certain that I'd do their job for them, but I appreciate the provision of knowledge. Let me know if you ever need a second.
Same here. I’m always willing to join up.
Ignorance is not an excuse to be an idiot 😅
Isn't the Lt. pedestrian traffic, aren't all the officers standing there with you, "pedestrian traffic"?
Thank you the video
I'd love to see an Audit of Manheim Borough Police.
A "Restricted" sign is needed. Not a "no trespassing" sign. I legally hunt on gov. Property with a "no trespassing" sign because I am not breaking the law.
If the public owns the property and it is not closed off from the public.....it is open to the public
Hi there, my name is Tim watching from New Jersey. Thank for this video. First Amendment Audits are very important. Now I apologize for going off topic but Lancaster is a beautiful County and City it self. My Wife, Daughter and I took a nice trip there the week before last and we had an awesome time. Much respect again and I subscribed to your channel to try and follow along. Take care man.
Doing great man - subbed. Keep it up my man!
Yes thank you for your training
Are the cop cars driving that fast in a parking lot that they won't see a pedestrian?
They aren’t paying attention or looking while driving? What happens when they’re driving on the street and somebody unexpectedly steps out? This lieutenant is a joke he knows he is wrong and still he insists that he’s right. No sign, no problem, so kick rocks.
Your fishing trip was a success you caught the biggest one in the pond
The auditor doesn't have to comply. The auditor is your boss until he breaks the law.
It sounds like the LT is saying that their officers are not safe in that back parking lot because their officers aren't looking for pedestrians, (public citizens or other law enforcement officers), once they enter and are driving in that back lot. That's just STUPID!
Correct- they’re not safe there. As evidenced by a case a few years ago where a PA trooper was killed and another seriously injured, when a bullshit anarchist and constitutionalist shot them in the police parking lot at shift change.
Wake up and see what shit you are shoveling.
They love 'secure areas' to keep out the transparency. Zero physical fitness standards for that department. LT is huffing and puffing just walking 50' in a parking lot. Are we paying him to catch criminals?
The officers pulling into and out of the parking lot do not expect other officers to be walking in the parking lot? What kind of careless drivers do they hire?
Man I wish I could think a bit faster on my feet. Wish you could have been there 😂
enjoyed this video. I'd imagine it would he intimidating doing this.
what really irked me was the snarky comment the supervisor made towards the end of the interaction where he said to the cameraman, "especially CHILDREN". it was so laughably ironic when it came from the supervisor who was the one acting like a CHILD the entire time. the things he said, and the way he justified his behavior was NOT how adults behave, speak, or reason. that passive aggressive comment, on top of all the ridiculous comments he made, were exactly how CHILDREN act. adults of sound mind do NOT behave like that. what a silly goose!
When cops can't violate you - they ignore you or try to run you off ; what a service !
They can do plenty with your information. They can now pull you over whenever they see your car or show up at your house and stalk you and much more.
i bet one of the requirements of becomming a cop has to be a vivid imagination.
LT. Knew he was wrong, his ego made him stay out there fast too long and call him a child at 24:30. That, LT, was childish. Being a tyrant, regardless of the niceties of the words you use, you're still a damn tyrant. And you've got dandruff beard.
He tried to be pleasant because he was afraid of being exposed.
If all cops were like him we would have very few issues my hat's off to that guy
Audit rewind sent me😊
Citizens pay for everything there. What equipment do we not have the right to see.
If they think their cars are that insecure maybe they shouldn't be leaving sensitive items in there..
Never seen one so close to home wondering if anyone does audits in the york county area of pa across the river from you!
Glen Beck has been into the donut box a lot!
Great job stand your ground
Great video you held your ground and then the big guy kept talking about your safety he don't give a s*** about safety most especially his own or he'd go on a diet his heart's ready to explode!
And when he goes on and on about not having signage and complying there is the issue you refuse to comply with an unlawful command from an overweight overpaid uneducated law enforcement officer
@lancpacivilrights May I join you on the next audit?
great job standing your ground. but there is no respect due when they are actively trying to violate your rights
I genuinely hate being an asshole. I'm working on it lol.
Law enforcement officers shouldn't be overweight and out of breath when walking 20 feet or so. There should be a weight limit to officer's as a job description.
Even a lieutenant is ignorance of the laws they enforcing. Trust me they won't learn anything and still do the same thing when you leave.
So what of it was a test? Are you above being tested, LT?
Tree of liberty...
Cop's act the same everywhere!!
What happens when people go back and forth to their cars ?
Shouldn't anyone driving be on the lookout for any kind of pedestrian movement?!?!?
Had what these officers were saying were true they would of wasted no time at arresting you
So childish
I give you my name
Why can't you give me yours
Really
I hope you go back sometime to see if those trespassing signs are up
Good audit
Take care 🇬🇧
I would like you to audit Southampton Pennsylvania 18966 My brother-in-law was videotaping at a carnival The cops came out he is handicapped so they had to get my wife when my wife showed up she took his phone to see what he was recording The detective went to snatch the phone and she stepped backwards he then proceeded to hit her in the throat three times they didn't internal investigation with three body worn cameras and determined he did nothing wrong we now have a lawsuit against Southampton but I would like to see how they react when a full a real audit auditor audits them
sheer PIGNORANCE.......KNOW YOUR ENEMY
Cop started to give a phone number lol
"Especially Children"?🚩 He obviously wasn't happy he didn't get is way. 😂
19:48 do responding to an emergency means they don't have to operate safely,
24:30 and this disdain for the citizens with their little remarks is why they get little respect today
"Especially children". A better example would be "especially cops".
Does the trespassing statute there require a sign or is a verbal request or demand sufficient to establish that element of the statute? Is there an enhancement for trespassing while being armed? Are these questions that your attorney could best answer?
To be able to be trespassed on public property, unless it is properly posted as a restricted area or its enclosed or fenced in, a law is required to be broken. Otherwise, they could just say any area is restricted and ask you to leave on a whim. This is only subject to time place and manner restrictions. Private property is different.
@@lancpacivilrights Do you by chance have the statute or case that requires there to be a fence or signs or enclosure unless a law is broken please? Just curious because in s 3503 I have read about purple stripes however I see nothing requiring signs if there is actual communication and nothing regarding another criminal offense. Out of curiosity are you familiar with Commonwealth v Bradley?
law.justia.com/cases/pennsylvania/supreme-court/1985/342-pa-super-1-0.html
I am not a lawyer, but the defense would be that it was public property that was not properly posted or enclosed. You must be disorderly to be asked to leave unrestricted access to public property. On private property, when asked to do so, you have to leave or it's defiant trespass.
The statutory defense in section 3503(c)(2) provides a defendant with an affirmative defense. An affirmative defense is defined as one where the defendant admits his commission of the act charged, but seeks to justify or excuse it. Commonwealth v. Rose, 457 Pa. 380, 387, 321 A.2d 880 (1974). When evidence is introduced which raises an issue relating to an affirmative defense, the burden of proof falls on the Commonwealth to disprove the defense. 2 Pa. Criminal Practice § 26.10 (Wasserby, Ed. 1981). See Commonwealth v. Cartagena, 482 Pa. 6, 23, 393 A.2d 350, 359 (1978).[2] This is because the truth of all affirmative defenses goes to the final analysis of the guilt and the rightness of punishing the accused. Therefore, at the close of the evidence, the jury must be told that if they have a reasonable doubt of the element thus raised they must acquit.
In this case, the defendant did present sufficient evidence to show that the gate area, where the events occurred, was open to the public for the specific purposes for which the defendant was in that area. The Commonwealth presented no evidence that the defendant failed to comply with any lawful condition imposed on his access to those premises or in any other way "breached the peace". *8 The mere fact that his invitation to be on the premises was revoked is not sufficient to remove the defendant from the protection of subsection (c)(2). To find otherwise would render that subsection meaningless.
To permit the use of the criminal process to effectuate what is basically a civil cause of action for relief would be unjust. Although the facts in this case and the $40.00 fine involved may seem insignificant, the principle is elemental to maintaining a proper perspective on the distinction between criminal and civil trespass actions. The purpose of the criminal trespass statute is to prevent unlawful intrusion onto real property or remainder thereon or to prevent unlawful breaches of the peace relating to realty. Because appellant had complied with all "lawful conditions" for access to the premises, 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 3503(c)(2), his conviction may not stand.
The purple stripes are generally meant to be used to keep hunters, fisherman and trappers off of private land. I believe that was the original intent. They have to paint a purple stripe every so many feet. I mean, I suppose it could be used on public property to restrict access.
@@lancpacivilrightsIf I understand this, you are saying you would use an affirmative defense at trial that without posted signs the area would be open to the public even if you receive oral communication to leave?
I cannot believe an individual has this much free time on his hands. 30 minutes if my life I won’t get back. Thanks a lot.
I’m sorry that you don’t have 30 minutes. Thanks for watching. 😃
Most of this is skippable. I guess I get that he wants to show the entire event, but seriously I wouldn’t be offended if the majority of this was edited out.
It's only ignorance
That you can't appreciate what this young man
Is doing....
You can't do it
You complain but yet you watched? Says alot about you, huh. 🤡
Their property??
EXACTLY!
Why aren't you posting anymore?
Please come to Exeter Pennsylvania and help the McDonald's on Perkiomen Avenue Mount Penn Pennsylvania / Reading Pennsylvania they get orders wrong a lot they don't want to give refunds or replace which is basically stealing does McDonald's need to be shut down
I did not hear one mention of you open carrying you were correct? That crazy how they wouldn't mention a guy with a cam an a gun they were careful not even to really talk about it
Officer- the response to the “place no trespassing signs” bullshit is simple:
We will take that into consideration. But for now- we are not asking- we are directing you to leave the area.
Then when your No Trespassing signs are up, he will be back bitching and challenging it anyway.
nice job
Where you armed?
It's always about safety. So, cars leaving on a call disregard safety when leaving. There could be an officer crossing the lot anytime. 😜That last guy sure was sucking up. Too late.
Clowning... You cant do this but okay we'll allow it today
Please watch
Specific reason? The nazis also had a specific reason for everything they did...

I live close by to this location. I’ve definitely had less than pleasant interactions with Local Law Enforcement, Different Township’s , PSP and other close By State’s. (as far as officer abuse of power and rights violations)These agencies Need Checked, and audited. But this agency did a great Job at deescalating rather than over stepping. The auditor definitely seemed like he was trying to “Trigger” the staff of the agency. When good conduct and respect is given from one side it really should be returned, From Either side. The Patrol car area is open to the Public yes. But they do have a good cause for concern when transporting/escorting Arrestee’s in and out of cars, or, in and out of the building, From “Possible” obstruction, or attempts to free a suspect by a Person from the general public That is in that area. Good Video All together Though to show That Not every Pig is A bad one. Audits are Working, and Not Every Audit or Police encounter needs to result in an Arrest and/or rights violations.
Cops deserved a "good Job" they were great and thank you for your audit
They didn’t do “good at all”! They could’ve just left him alone. They could see he wasn’t doing anything but filming!
Good job copsplaining, fishing for a name, 4 cops deep for intimidation and / or escalation, argumentative, lying about citizen safety....
I wasn't even hiding. My car was parked in their public lot. They could get my info if they really wanted it. My thing is, if they want to restrict access, why not just post it as restricted? Signage is pretty cheap.
If you want to show weakness to these dishonorable traitors, say things like "sir" or "no disrespect". These scumbags don't respect we the people so why show them weakness. Be firm and forceful. Stop apologizing. Damn.
Not sure why, but Eachus seems more annoying than the average cop. Maybe because he sounds like he's being helpful and reasonable, but he's actually a pompous a$$ as he shovels his $hit requests. Kind of reminds me of my dad...!
Copsplaining hard and failing - hope he never has to chase a suspect - have another donut
A test of agitation. I agree. There has to be understanding & compromise. That doesn't impede our rights. The cops passed this test the agitator didn't.
FTP!!!!!!
I'm only an hour away if you need back up...
If you ever wish to meet up, I’m willing to travel as well. I’m always open to meeting other like minded people.
I love that its for his safety because the officers are so comfortable in the parking lot they arent paying attention to their driving. Cops always come up with the STUPIDEST arguments.
Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah
Unwanted contact after being told to leave one alone is a crime LT right? When someone says NO it means NO, not let's make a deal. I have the right to be where I am, leave me alone!
Every square inch of this property is public land paid for by the taxpayer and this area is not restricted to people walking. You may not want us here but until there is a sign or a fenced off, gated area you do not have an option. Stop lying to my face by saying it is a restricted area.
If you believe that I am testing you, then understand, you have failed the test!
At the very least, you should be thanking me for exposing a possible security issue you seem to believe is afoot.
You actually get owned & have to do the walk of shame 😅
Why is #RUclips monitizing these frauditors?? This is HARASSMENT & BULLYING!
Iam not a cat public property ill go look for myself
He is the person to disregard the Law by telling you it doesn't matter if there are signs to keep Pedestrians out! That is directly following the Law, a fence or adequate signs would allow them to ask/tell you to leave the area!
Precisely. If they would enclose it or put up no trespassing signs, I couldn’t be there.
You need to improve your editing skills.
I’ve edited like 8 videos in my lifetime. 5 or 6 were done in Adobe Premiere. I don’t really see much of an issue to be honest. What would you like to see done? I plan on using better transitions and an end screen and stuff in the future. I’m just lazy.
@@lancpacivilrights well the long walk could have been shorter, edited out completely. The voice over was lengthy and there wasn't much content to the point you were trying to get across.
