@@subash187 Reduce negative thoughts to have a healthier life. The practice is simple. Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts-anxiety. For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, eyes closed, be as still as possible and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight with your thoughts. Slowly the mind will relax. No deep inhalation-exhalation needed. Anytime of the day or night before sleep sit or lie down on your back and observe your breath. Stillness brings internal peace. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a good life. Best wishes Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.

This has helped me through my life. I grew up with anxiety as a child. But this technique I just leaned about 15 years ago. It takes practice at first, but every day practice will help. Also use a lavender pouch. This will help also. Under your nose, breath in and out slow. Thank you.

Such a helpful video! I recently had a tough assignment in school that I was feeling really anxious about and I definitely noticed that my breathing at the time was no where near as calm or deep as I thought. Taking the time to slow down then and focus on my breathing was a huge help in letting me focus and feel less anxious. Thank you for the wonderful reminder for me and everyone else just how important our breathing truly is! 😊

I really like this channel. I am putting your videos into my daily routine to get my nervous system back on track.
May I ask something? It seems that Covid has damaged my nervous system, my trusted neurologist confirmed my suspicions.
Anxiety was something relatively unknown to me until then. Now I'm anxious when I'm faced with sensory overload or new sensory impressions. When I panic, I am the rabbit in shock. My breathing and heart rate don't go up, everything is calm and still I panic. How do I deal with this in an acute case when breathing techniques fail?
