For ex, if you have high rate credit card debt, you can't go to the company to reduce your burden, you have to develop / synergise your abilities to increase your wealth. Your goal must be clear rather than looking at the problem angle. 🎉

I have been ill for 34 years following a viral infection. I have thyroid problems, a hernia (that caused oesophagitis and linear ulcers. I am exhausted and in chronic pain. I try to eat a 'healthy diet' but I wish I had known about energy, and how it works. I will try this now, to help myself. Thank you.

There is still unknown road ahead, but I will take time to pause to acknowledge the beauty around me and within me.... however, since procrastination is something I struggle with, after that pause I will pound my belly and keep moving.... or perhaps watch another video to help regain my confidence and focus 🙏💛
