Petition to bring Ivy back one more time anyone?
One more time is not enough❤
Many more times!!!!
Bring her back
Many more times🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
Please do
Always fascinated by how honest Murugi always is I think it's also a self aware thing, I commend it!!
Your family's and friend's emergencies are not your own,, damn she said it... Ding ding
BB q get hurry ft
That is total BS.underline BS
my mother's emergency is mine
My family's emergencies are mine otherwise what is the essence of having money then
Yaani I've booked a breakfast date with my money tomorrow because wueh😢. I've been disrespectful & our relationship needs serious repair.
Didn't know i missed Ivy on the red app this much😢over 25 is much missed!
Imagine if we learnt about such things in school instead of learning algebra and naming parts of an insect?? Financial literacy should be introduced in our school curriculum. We prepare ourselves to get jobs but no one prepares us to handle the income we earn so we end up wasting it only to realize we have wasted opportunities because we just didn't know. I started working immediately after school and I remember after paying my rent and monthly shopping I just partied with the rest of the money, imagine how far I would have been in life if someone had told me INVEST. I'd probably be owning a home by now.. yup still renting and it's annoying. But now that I know better I do better. I just wish id known better sooner.
Me and you same same....wish i had someone to advise me....
This is the dumbest thing I've read.We get rid of algebra? Mnaongeanga tu fwaaa
It's not too late to start, be kind to yourself. The partying was and still is necessary, it's part of your life's phases. Just do it moderately
@@billgraham4209how is algebra helping you?
You think algebra and science are useless? 😂😂😂
Lyd is so wise. Murugi is so self-aware. It's wonderful to watch you ladies evolve. Love from Ghana 🇬🇭
It's murugi's face for me when she's asked if she has her own emergency fund 😂😂😂😂
It was so funny 😂
I thought so too 😂😂
I'm impressed with Murugi' s honesty when she said It will be more detrimental for her for people to think she's poor just because she wasn't able to give the money to a relative/family member/friend who asked for help.
So she would better stretch herself and give the money so she can be portrayed as a rich one😂.
Champagne taste on a beer budget!
I love how honest Murugi is.
Always a joy listening to Just Ivy and I love the way she started off with what we'd consider as basic: how we store cash. I hate to see money stashed anyhowly in the purse. Just arrange notes properly and if you can't use electronic means. That, and the way you complain about money when you pay bills. My friend, you're chasing your money away. Always Thank your money for affording you the ability to pay rent, fuel or any service. That way, money will always find it's way to you.
Mi nimepick purse yangu immediately nikazipanga vizuri, hii sikujua aki,,, but time for a change
Word,
Money ... i wish you guys could talk about money atleast once a month 😕 ..
Yeah,less of relationship talks
Thank God I watched this when I had left my long-term relationship that I have been funding. I used to feel guilty that I left him cause he is broke but now I wish had left sooner, the things I have done weh paying for a whole trip last year in December to diani this guy didn’t pay for anything.
'Don't ever show a man you can cause you will continue to can'
Glad you left coz clearly you had exchanged roles 😢
I learnt this the hard way mark you I'm 25😂😂Aaah
The episode that I've been waiting for ,for the longest!🎉 Just Ivy needs to come back maybe do a dilemma episode on money related matters
Love this idea!
Fantastic idea!!!
Great idea
Looking forward to this!!
Baaaaas❤
How to like something twice on RUclips?
Great conversation. Thank you ladies!
How I dealt with the giving money dilemma was to budget for it. I have a consistent monthly percentage towards giving. So When i give and that money gets exhausted - I just tell a person that I genuinely don’t have it, which is true. Alternatively, I make a note of it and give them the money the following month. Also that extra time, gives me time to reflect/evaluate on whether I should give them the money or not
wow...big one this one..the reflection
Yup have a maximum for the year and can't pay above that.
That idea was also given to me by my brother
I learnt this recently and it’s been a lifesaver!
Ladies, I am very grateful for your input 👏
Lydia's intelligence shows on every episode. I love her so much ❤❤❤
Emotional intelligence too, you can pick it up.
I also find her very wise and smart,👌
These are the kind of conversations we need to have this year.Intelligent, informative and reflective.🙌
Glad we get to have Just ivy she rarely appears on podcasts.
There's a difference between building a man and building with a man.... Wow. Just wow
@joycemburu8041 because people don't like talking about money its almost a taboo talking about money.
I can smell classism and elitism from miles away. It's good to acknowledge your privilege.
You are wise 90% of what they talked about is BS
I love how Ivy spits knowledge everywhere she goes😊😊..Thank you Lydia and Murugi for always giving us very informative content🙂😻💝
I love that I am learning this at 18😂 and soon will be able to step out of the money trauma's and just be able to attract money moreso respect it in the way I can. This is just so inspiring so thanks alot to Just Ivy and TMI❤❤
This is the content we want! I like how murugi so vulnerably speaks for most of us! Thank you. more of this please.
Murugi if anything happens to you ,God forbid and you lose your money, the same people you were helping, will be in the frontline saying how you misused your money ,and they will not come through for you 😇
Facts!! 😂
i watched her interview with the "financially incorrect" podcast and she herself spoke about how when she was still in corporate she would misuse her money as well so idk how she thinks she can lecture and pass judgement on others for mistakes she made herself in the past
This is just soooooo mind blowing. I'm 22 and i love this conversation .
I am disrespectful to money :
1. when I place my money anyhow in my purse
2. When i don't invest to financial literacy.
3. When i use money from my business to other things
4. When i over emphasize with people
5. Your friends your families emergencies are not yours
6.:when i don't talk about money ( speak the magic words to your money)
7. When you date a broke guy who you fund
8. Materialism
9. when you over give
10. Leaving money on the 'table'
I think what i love most about Just Ivy being so financially empowered is what a powerful conscious financial seed she will plant into her daughters!!!! Omg This knowledge is literally more worth than getting an inheritance. Thank you for this!!!
Lydia looks so intrigued listening to Ivy.such an informative episode
Smart woman you brought on set ladies......we need more intelect women like Ivy. Thank you😍
Sees any money content taps click 🎉❤
I thoroughly enjoyed this😢. Yaani seeing thriving women who are not afraid of money and waiting for men to fund them..I am here for ALL OF IT👏👏👏
Murugi was asking all the questions that popped in my mind!! I loved this conversation. All you ladies made it so balanced and relatable with your diverse money personalities
This a good conversation. Content creators need to have a business model and a financial dashboard.
At the end of the day content creation is an office and a career .
Love how Murugi is so genuine
I resonate so much with Murugi's money personality, so so much , I'd say
Money is also a control or power thingas well for me, whoever is giving you has some form of control over you. You are kinda answerable to them...i hate that feeling. I strive so hard to have my own money and I'm happy to show up for others financially
Ivy is a powerhouse ! Literally.
I clicked so fast when I saw just ivy
Me too I'm in my ivy era

Yoooooo!!!!! Love love love today’s episode!🤩 Will definitely be rewatching this. Much love from Uganda.🇺🇬
I wish there was just ivy for Muslims 😭😭😭 most of the financial solutions in Kenya are interest based which is forbidden in my religion and apart from saving I don't know any other interest free investment 😢
Be the ivy for Muslims. Research and educate yourself on how then teach others.
@@didiash I mean why not ? That’s a great advice. Thank you 🙏🏾
You could invest in property then rent it out. You could start off by buying the land then you build slowly
having found this podcast in my early 20's has been the best thing ever.. thankyou for the great intellect here big sisters❤
This is my favorite TMI episode so far🎉❤🎉❤
I lovr Ivy's mindset on money and that she's money-conscious. Thats an icon❤
🔥🔥🔥learnt so much from this,,thank you ladies❤
Such an eye opening conversation 🎉 its definitely Tmi❤
I have truly enjoyed this episode 😊 We need more of this.
Love love this! So insightful!
IVY!!!! What a powerhouse🎉🎉
This episode was made for me,,,literally!!! I am the go to person for all my friends when they are having emergencies and It's not the same for me. I sacrifice a lot of my needs for people who can't do the same for me but i feel guilty when i don't help them and go ahead and spend that money on myself. I don't even have my own emergency fund...i felt that. Thank you for bringing Ivy here today .
This conversation 👏👏👏👏. Good job ladies 😃
Enjoyed the episode so much❤..left with alot to think about and the urge to learn more.Thankyou🎉

I'm just 40mins in and oh my!! This conversation was so CANDID so authentic so eye opening so vulnerable. I have really enjoyed so far. Thanks girls🎉
One of the ways to invest in yourself is through increasing financial literacy...as this is going to change your life and provide you with an opportunity to achieve the lifestyle you have ever wanted.
Learning how money works is the most important thing a person should invest in.
As a start, find a way to monetize your knowledge, skills, expertise, passion, hobbies and experiences in life.
And you can do this by starting an income-generating online business
I have learnt a lot from this episode ❤
Enjoyed today's episode alot 😊
Learned alot also got alot to ponder on
I loved the singing but here I am❤...maybe I will get used to it
This one .. so timely
I need this class
Well done ladies, this is a very timely and thought provoking episode. It's got my mind spiraling. I've been looking for how to grow my money and grateful for what you've shared and looking forward to learning more from all the platforms mentioned.
This is a great conversation. Sometimes I think of men in terms of money.
My husband who is from Ghana, when we started dating he said I (the woman) needed to bring my own money to the table as well.
He said why should he have to be the mule and break his back to provide when the scales could be balanced and we could have a stress free financial life together.
It worked for me (obviously I married him) because I grew up with always wanting to have my own money and be able to provide for myself.
I’ve seen instances when the breadwinner (usually the man) looses his job and now the family unit is struggling because of relying on one person to be the financial head.
My husband and I both bring the money
My my ..this a bomb ...we need her back again.😢❤
Thisssss was alootttt!!! In a good way🎉🎉🎉 thank you ladies woohoooo had to take notes
THIS IS SUCH AN EMPOWERING EPISODE. Thank you TMI🫰
Loved this!!!! The humour was needed….. as we unlearn being uncomfortable about money talks.
We have waited for this guest for a while 🙏
Love love this episode! Learned so much
Such an informative and well curated podcast..very in brand with the IWD theme to accurately influence women into financial literacy and independence in the long run!
Such an insightful conversation. I have learnt alot
I had to comment... Thanks for hearing my cry... I can download.... Msiitoe piliisss
Every piece of this episode was gems on gems on gems❤❤.. Since on TMI we talk about relationship dynamics alot, consider bringing Ivy back in a merger discussion about money in relationships (dating, marriage, family and friends - AND BLACK TAX)
I'm going to be honest I've never been a fan of super long episodes but i thoroughly enjoyed this one.. I hung onto every single word from start to finish..thank you Ivy and thank you TMI this was truly the perfect episode for women's day..
Dammmmnnnn!!could this run the whole day?loved, loved this convo😍
I love how Lydia acknowledges the privileges in her life that made(ke) her life 'better'.Some paths are hard to walk on.
One question to Ivy, would she encourage the man she is dating to ignore her needs incase something happens and she doesn't have the capability to manage herself, because it seems that's what we are doing to the men?
This was such an educative episode ❤love you ladies, just Ivy you are a gem
This lady has opened my eyes.
Very educational financial information. Good job ❤
Wow! What a great conversation! More of this gals..👏
This was one of the best episodes ever👏👏👏. Just Ivy is such a gem❤
