Downtown Denison is awesome. We relocated from Frisco to Denison due to the lake and Tanglewood. More to do here than in Frisco. Have to live to believe it.
I lived in Denison for 19 years until about 4 years ago when we decided to move. Best decision i ever made. Denison and Sherman both are nothing more that a cluster f.
It's sad all rural life is disappearing in Texas. Can't go anywhere to get away from people. Be another two decade long construction site. Gonna look like HW380 with 380 traffic.
My dad’s church “The Refuge” is in Denison and has had a great experience there. We also have Victory Life nearby that we attend. Would love to help you with your next chapter.

since I was ten. Lived on Oakridge, carla drive, 4777 Texoma drive and now 1910 paula. Gradurated in 82'

They have become very crowded, especially with the highways constantly being worked ln

yeah Denison doesn't have the rural feel anymore. East side of town still has some country vibes to it but Denison is getting more commercialized
