I might be biased, but I believe it is - I’m a service based business and comfortably providing for a family of 3 kids and my wife. You can anticipate the same access if you are a service based business as there is plenty of opportunity around. Product base business - I’d agree there as well. Commercial space is much more affordable than the metroplex but plus some big movers and shakers are coming this way as a case study(Texas Instruments, Margaritaville, etc)
Many folks aren't fans of the increase in property taxes (our property values have increased significantly over the last several years due to the influx of residents/buyers), and there is a ton of infrastructure development happening in our area which makes driving a bigger headache than usual

Love Sherman. Close to Choctaw!!!
Choctaw is a great time, also where a great amount of money can be spent 🤑
love Sherman. Thank you Mike
Thank you 🙏
I lived here all of my life
Thanks for watching Amanda 🙏 I love it here, let’s hope Highway 75 clears up in Sherman quickly!
@@TexasHomesByMike i hope so it drives me crazy
YES Sherman is a fantastic place to live.
Agreed, thank you!
Was
Maybe I missed you saying it, but the thumbnail is in Denison, not Sherman. Pretty close though.
I miss the old Sherman ! Before it took 15 minutes to go anywhere and stores and restaurants weren’t overran
Yeah it’s rapidly changing here. It’s going to look like a completely different town once Sherman crossroads is finished
Got any links for any homes for sell here? Looking in range of 250-300kish
Yessir, I have 15 listings at the moment. What's your email address? I'll send you a couple of them in that price range.
Just great! Solicit more people to move here so that you can raise our already too high property taxes! BS!
I live in Sherman too.
Winstar or Choctaw!?!?!
Choctaw is only about 20 min North of Sherman, Winstar is 40 min or so 👍
McKinney 2.0 sounds funny. Back in the day Sherman was larger than McKinney.
Yeah I remember the signs from Dallas highways pointing north to Sherman instead of north to McKinney!
Is it a good place to start a business?

Sherman is going to shit. Sucks here.
Can you add some context?
