      Funny you say that because he literally was trying to get a second chance at his life, and the judge denied him that chance. HENCE the aggressive reaction- imagine being told “nah your history on paper is all I need to know- not your personal story and you trying to “become better in your life”.. she basicslly told him in her own words she didn’t care he turned his life around- anyone would snap after so many “no no no’s”

      Who to blame for these "typical behaviors"? People want to bring up "mental health" when "the system" have ALLOWED/EMPOWERED a group of irresponsible-lack of education-mentally challenged-delusional-no accountability having group of "particular" females in this "community" to reproduce like stray animals to instill those behaviors in their children. The problem is that "the system" punish/incarcerate the males and leave these "particular" females in society to reproduce with each others sons from the same types of non nuclear family households. But you all will turn a blind eye to this. No one is questioning his parent because they know the answer.

    Shame on the judge who allowed him bail! If he didn't agree with the judge, he could always go through legal processes. You can't just attack a judge because you didn't like what they said. He has proved that he is not a changed person and is not safe to let back out into society.

    So many judges are arrogant, side with the state, and think they are “doing the right thing” and sympathetic at the same time, when they are really clueless tools of the judicial system, following precedent and crap fed to them in law school and training under other old judges. I’m surprised more defendants don’t do this every day, TBH.

    The judge was derisive and disrespectful. I'm looking at the situation before the attack and not justifying the attack. This judge is an arrogant twit who is not fit for the job.
    "Judge Mary Kay: [Disrespectfully resting her chin on her hand while addressing Defendant]
    "Is there anything you want to say on your own behalf before I pronounce sentence?
    Defendant: "Based on my criminal history, I feel that I shouldn't be sent to prison for a second time."
    Judge Mary Kay: "Have you looked at your criminal history?" [Ridiculing the Defendant.]
    Attorney: [Argues for probation.]
    Judge Mary Kay: "I appreciate that but I think it's time that he get a taste of something else." ["A taste" again employs Ridicule and sarcastically minimizes Imprisonment.]

    • @disguiseddv8ant486
      @disguiseddv8ant486 4 месяца назад +2

      Since he have been to prison for 2 times and he's still committing crimes of violence why isn't the court questioning the private prisons not rehabilitation? Why isn't haven't he entered a anger management program when he was out on bail? But the bailiffs made sure to kick his ass outside of the courtroom. This is why he didn't show up to court. An inmate do not have the option in county jail to refuse their court appearance. The County Sheriffs will drag you to court.
