Hello from Jaco Costa Rica 🇨🇷 I subscribed and congrats on your new property. I know this video is 9 months old and looking forward to seeing your updates.
Congratulations on youre purchase! Did you end up near Poas? I was just over there at the starbucks coffee farm, beautiful! My wife and I just had a baby boy in Heredia in August, so we are looking foward in acquiring some land like you for food forest! We are back in California at the moment. Pura Vida!
That's called Fraijanes, it is indeed extremely beautiful, until more "expats" keep comin' and buying more land and then there's nothing left but a Hawaii 2.0 version, with the locals being displaced, the forests cut down, social inequality out of control...who knows, maybe Oprah already bought land here and we oughta watch for those "sudden" fires that burn down only the locals' casitas
I watched you most latest video. And so I we t to search others of you. You mentioned you have no electricity. If you have a river on your property or near by why not just build a hydropower station using the water flows current. Search how they do it in India. Woks well. BTW I also have a property in Costa Rica for 2.5 years

The vegetation down grows so quickly. You're gonna need some serious help or machinery to stop things from getting overgrown.

Congratulations on your purchase, how big is tha property and how much did you pay?
Having a large property with water running through it is a gold mine.

Best mosquito repellent is coconut oil! 😉
You are Canadian, so you are not a gringa. Gringo/a specifically means Americans.
it's the same thing, you are from the developed north hemisphere... stay in your countries and fix them, it's what we are trying to do here :)
Thank god for mom and her money. This lady is probably broke
there is absoultely no way this lady is a gringa..
