You can already tell the difference between them. She has practiced this speech a million times, but in Johnny’s testimony he was clearly authentic, genuine, raw and real.
it's insane to think she was rehearsing her testimony in front of a court, probably practising fake crying at home and thinking through how she could act best in order to convince tge jury, crazy person 🤯 I once had to testify in court and I just went there and said what had happened, that's it 🤷♀️ I always assumed that's how people do it 😅 man, she really does things differently.. 🤪

I'm a survivor of DV, and I couldn't say his name for years. I always just said "W", when talking with my friends or family.

A LOT of this highlights one major part about Dr. Curry's diagnoses. That people with BPD/HD talk in a flowery language. There's a lot of words like magical, wonderful, incredible etc. with no actual substance. That's basically how she described her relationship starting with Johnny.
Well, that's true of Johnny as well. Both of them are actors, but it's Johnny who is the AWARD-WINNING ACTOR.

@@iamlost2 Johnny's testimony has way more details. In fact he gets lost in his events with too many details. I urge you to look at 20 minutes of his testimony and 20 minutes of Heard's testimony (I actually did this) and what I found was Johnny goes over facts and details that could and have been presented as evidence. With each account, you feel something of substance was given and can be verified as he'll give specifics to information that is verifiable. Heard's testimony is completely devoid of that except for instances where both she and her lawyer know an evidence piece is coming. In fact, in one instance she testified of being hit in the face yet again and said she told her mom. And at that moment her lawyer put in evidence of a a photo which instead showed a picture of a bruise on her arm.
Also it doesn't help her case that so much of her so called evidence is objected to because the court hasn't verified it to be evidence (they have to check if photos and recordings etc. Are doctored or not). This all happened because she failed to present a lot of evidence she was ordered to by the court, prior to the trial.

In fact, I’ll be honest, I’ve lied before (I mean who hasn’t lol). My story was fake and rehearsed, and it was an elaborate one but for different reasons, there was no personal gain, rather it pertained to a friend that was being taken advantage of and I sounded….. Like this. Lmao.

I am a true victim of domestic violence… brutal, so I consider myself a pretty good judge. I stayed for way too long but that’s another story - I really didn’t have any support and no place to go. That was 30 years ago and I still have issues; been in therapy for 10 years And I don’t blame it all on him, I always say I played a part in it too because I thought I could change him and I stayed. Anyway she’s just a little too relaxed, especially in a court room and in front of the world. I wouldn’t be able to breathe. She almost seems to be enjoying herself.

It would be funny if JD put on some headphones and jammed to Bob Marley while she was on the stand.
From her perspective, it looks like a bad romance that she could have left. This does not sound like a victim story. She had a fantastic support system that she even admits, and Johnny never told her to stop seeing them, or anything. He loved them, too.
Also, she mentions, too, that he has multiple rings. But all we see is that one bruise picture from her. That's it. Nothing else. How can we know that bruise came from Johnny's grab? She kept mentioning how she wants to leave, but it honestly looks the opposite to me. Johnny tries to leave, but she keeps begging him back. His drinking and addiction looks like it got worse with her. He just suppresses his emotions or takes out his stress by drinking and doing drugs. And it looks like she just egged him on to do more harm to himself. I'm not painting him out to be perfect. Nope. But you can see that he doesn't even want to look up at his abuser.
He literally moved her support system into his empty apartments. I don’t understand how she can say he isolated her when everyone she loved lived rent free next door. Including her sister!
