Tbh drugs can effect people differently. Depending on genetics. Depending if mixed with other drugs. someone can take spice and it not effect them. But another person can want to rip their eyeballs out.
And she took a mushroom cap. 🍄 she's into all of it.
Fun fact: at 8:00 she said that she was the one who was not using cocaine and she was against it.

Assaulting a flight attendant is a VERY serious crime. Also a flight attendant being under the influence of drugs is a VERY serious crime. Apparently all of these things happened without any evidence, witnesses or crime reports. He apparently backhanded her face with rings on but she then takes a picture of her arm instead and it shows her face without a scratch.

This woman has dominantly expressed herself in all the audio files we’ve heard of them two talking/arguing. But for some reason all the altercations she’s recalling she either “just stands there” or “doesn’t say anything”. She also never does anything in return like we all know she’s well capable of. I call BS!! This women deserves jail time for how crazy she truly is.

The biggest difference I see in this vs Depp is that he wasn’t performing his testimony to the jury. She is totally performing for the jury.

I have. This is EXACTLY what it looks and feels like - the stammering, the over-detailing, the uncomfortable creativity while trying to force the natural acting through the intense nervousness. The hand gestures, the looking around, the stalling to get it right in her head... but especially the repetition of phrases. She's not telling a story from memory.

NO, when you are sat for the jury they tell you to judge the statements/testimonies as you would anyone else in your life you didn't know nor care about. In other words, use your best judgment.
Interesting how she remembers every single detail from such a “traumatic” experience, even so with her own psychologist testimony stating she disassociates during such experience.
Huh? Amber Heard aside, there's nothing wrong with dissociation while reliving trauma, please do not use this woman to disrespect the experience of those living with trauma, it's different for everyone.

But her way of describing the event with triggering details is not at all congruent with someone who is disassociating and wants to keep happens of the event depersonalized. The triggering details she mentioned sould have illicited very strong reactions, which is absent here.
You can clearly see when she makes up the story and when she project her own acts, words and behavior on Johnny. In this cheep performance for the jury every word is a lie, every word.

She’s too animated in her responses. She wasn’t afraid of him.. her accounts are very matter of fact and lack any emotion. During her small bits of “crying” she couldn’t pinch out a tear and then bounced back to being bubbly by the next question. As a DV survivor, I call bs.
If you can see it, they can see it.

When she detailed how she left and came back while he was in fits of a rage, that spoke Volumes. Yes, victims return (about 7 times before they stay gone) BUT, most DV aren’t ALLOWED to leave, especially during the height of a fit of jealousy. Just doesn’t happen.

As someone who was battered and terrorized for years by a drug addicted jealous partner I can confidently say that this woman is ridiculous. The fear and trauma from going through the things she is describing changes everything about you and she did not experience any of it. She wasn't/isn't afraid of him, she wasn't held hostage by him physically or financially, she wasn't isolated by him, she wasn't restricted by him in any way. This performance is all wrong and I wouldn't believe she was a dv victim if this was Hallmark movie.
Thank you for this perspective! I have PTSD and I can’t imagine what it’ll be like to testify to my abuser. I can only imagine to have a mixture of fear, anger, anxiety, and just being overwhelmed in general. But she can talk at length for hours? With incredible detail. With PTSD certain things are extremely clear but some things are blocked out and blurry and for her it seems like everything is clear and sort of like a narrative.

The fact that she's looking at the jury the whole time, ESPECIALLY when recounting being sexually molested... ugh. As someone who has suffered it, I don't think I could look into the faces of strangers when retelling the story, even for a minute. I think I would be averting my gaze from everyone, looking down and using more vague language and my tone would be a lot lower. Maybe it's different for everyone but it really didn't feel genuine to me.

I can’t speak for everyone but I’m with you on that. Even though I doubt I have ptsd from the past assault, I can’t talk about it to anyone including my husband and my parents. It’s been 12 years and the idea of telling the details of it makes me so uncomfortable that I wouldn’t be able to look into the eyes of anyone. Amber tells worse things that had happened to me but she tells them in so many details while looking at the reaction of people listening to her. It’s beyond my understanding.
That's a good point. She'll even look at the jury when she's not talking, it's ridiculous. You can really see her BPD and HPD coming out.

I would have struggled a lot and kept my gaze down and spoke more softly. Maybe she felt she had to be clear and direct but it would be extremely difficult to do so.

And now that she's testifying he can't look at her. Clearly when you're as traumatized as she claims to be, the last thing you want to do is seeing the person who has caused you so much suffering, but funny enough it's HIM showing that 'self-evasion' mode, he can't look at her, because most probably she has been the big abuser... This is non spoken psychological language

I think she did this VERY internationally. Unlike all the other days, she looks a little more disheveled. Not quite as perfectly put together. She did this TOTALLY on purpose to try and gain sympathy.

No one is buying her stories, whatever she is saying does not sound like the person in many of those audio tape.
Things to note:
She’s addressing her “audience” (the jury) instead of the lawyer who asked the question.
She’s moving her head around a lot, evidently wired.
She’s stammering a lot and talking fast- not necessarily thinking of the scenarios before she speaks which indicates panic and desperation to keep talking almost as if to not give listeners time to process and form opinions on what she’s saying.
She’s being extremely detailed with her descriptions (typical of liars and provoked by the fear of not being believed) and repeating information over and over: (“campfire”)

She’s contorting her face as if she’s crying but the micro expressions and tears that happen when someone actually IS crying aren’t there. That shows a level of dishonesty in her words. I personally think she’s ridiculous and her acting in this whole trial is horrible, but I try to remain open minded because we don’t actually KNOW what happened between them. Fans only see what they want us to see, so assuming that we know them based on their public personas is ignorant. Only they know what actually happened.
What it looks like though is that she’s trying very hard to convince the jury of her story, choosing her words and movements, while he is just laying his facts out there. She just seems shady to me.

She claims she never does anything wrong. She's always trying to please him, or giggling and he becomes violent in "a drug-induced rage." As if, "Well I was kneeling praying my rosary as I always when all of a sudden he started breaking bottles on my head in a drug-induced rage." The scenario she claims to present is completely unrealistic. She pretends as if she's against drugs. Moral superiority as Dr. Curry called it.
AND she lie here: the personal nurse of her founded Cocaine on her exams! She reported that AH was alcoholic and coke addict !!!

I have dealt with a few abusers, and once you call them out, their typical response is to act as a victim. They immediately deny their misdeeds, try to cover it up and tell lies about what you did. Amber is no different.
There's evidence that he's abusive too. I watched these two from the beginning of trial to now there's couple of times he caught lying too. There's no way in a household that the other one is the only abusive especially if the other person is a drug addict and alcoholic. No way. We ain't there but the evidence shows that both of them caught lying. And seeing Amber Heard's past interviews i can tell she can lose her temper really easily. So dating a drug addict actually did that .

Wait a minute. I heard Amber's therapist tesitify that Amber acknowledged having said and done terrible things to Depp and that she wasn't proud of her behavior. I'm not following this trial closely but I distinctly remember Heard's OWN witness say that Amber admitted she often times behaved just as badly as Depp did. It appears to me as if both of these people are abusive and one of them is a drunken junkie who, in my experience, probably can't even remember half of what he's done. No one is better at playing the 'victim' than a drunk or a junkie. ALL their problems are caused by someone else and no one feels sorry enough for THEM. And if it's fair to say Amber has been 'caught' lying, I think it's only fair to point out, Depp has *also* been caught, lying. They're both very troubled and damaged people.
If you watch Johnny closely, even he is shaking his head in disbelief. I give her an F on acting, and an A for lying 🤥.

I honestly am getting second hand embarrassment watching her play the victim. As someone who is a survivor of SA she is overdramatising her feelings, observations and what is happened which is not norm for a victim who is is often too afraid to or anxious to even speak about it let alone remember what happened in the past moment that clearly and in detail like his expression etc. She's telling a story instead of saying her facts which shows that its all scripted.
I've been the victim of DV and SA. Never in my life have I been on the end of an attack and worried about my clothes being ruined. Someone make her stop

I believe Amber is the huge huge majority of this whole thing, but I don't for a second believe Johnny's hands are pure and clean either. And I'm as big of JD fan as it gets. In fact, I grew up in Owensboro and one summer (my first real job actually) my Sophomore year of high school I mowed and cleaned the pool of Ms. Palmer's (Johnny's mom) house together with my buddy... he was a mythical legend growing up in our town... when he came in to visit his mom and sister... everybody knew ... I'm 31 now, was 15 at the time which was peak, Johnny Depp, aka a year or so after the first Pirates... Amber is clearly wicked, but without bias I believe certain elements of her story are true. Maybe grossly exaggerated, but, nonetheless wrong. I'm not defending either of them nor am I judging. Not my place, but I do believe both did things and put themselves in bad situations. Truth is, we'll never know the real truth. And even if we did it's way more muddy than a court trial can portray. The first 2 years of this I hated Amber - but this worlds messed up enough - I hope they both get better... and most importantly DO BETTER.

Yess I’m someone who has done and watched lots of auditions and it realllly feels like this is a bad audition tape! It’s just uncomfortable to watch 😖 I’ve also heard that if you’re watching someone cry and it makes you feel kind of icky and uncomfortable rather than empathetic, there’s a good chance it’s because they’re faking it.
@@cloudsncats yeah you know when she was "crying", I didnt feel like crying. Usually, when I see someone crying on tv or video, I feel like crying. My empathy didn't get triggered when she was crying. Then I thought maybe she was lying because I didn't feel for her in response to her "pain"

I think the most heartbreaking thing of this trial is all of the comments from actual survivors. There are countless people who share in comments that they've unfortunately gone through traumatic relationships... But it's also important. Because even with so many experiences of viewers to this trial from survivors, not a single person is able to identify or empathize Amber on any level. I think that's very telling.

The way when she explains the events that occurred to her you can clearly tell she never lived through them or experienced them herself. It is the perfect act with the perfect words. But just look into her eyes....it's empty. Every time Johnny was talking about his experience, you look into his eyes and you could see the pain. The eyes never lie.

Ambers whole demeanour makes me instinctually distrust her. I can never know what truly happened but I know in my gut this is performative. The way she’s talking and twisting her face. Her new PR guy was been passed notes yesterday from her solicitors. Also that woman who was up before her had a very thick file of notes, JDs team obvs mentioned it to the judge and she was to pass her notes over for copies. But if you look, she hid all her notes she was using into a green folder then took a navy blue one to take notes out of. They didn’t get any copies of the notes she was using, they got other ones.
Here’s the thing, her team of lawyers failed her to tell her to not address the jury the entire time you’re giving testimony. It looks planned, it will look staged and it will definitely show that you are not telling the truth if you were only addressing them. You should be addressing the entire courtroom, anyone who gives testimony knows this. But her main focus is the jury with her acting so much for them to believe her it’s overplayed. One thing, anyone is the victim of domestic violence even as a child never forgets what her abuser looks like, never forgets what abuser talks like, never forgets how many bees or looks when they’ve been caught.
The lawyers failed (not on money, at least) when they accepted Amber.
I’m a victim of domestic violence and I don’t remember every detail of everything because when it gets crazy everything would turn into a blur of chaos. There are certain details I remember very vividly but the words that were said and a lot of what happened is just a total blur. Because it’s chaos and insanity. But I wouldn’t be able to narrate moment by moment a lot of it. And the guy that did it to me was very charming and likable to others. It would be like he would snap into this other thing.
