Because let’s be honest the victims don’t actually go to the police or doctors but they were not a normal married couple, they had thousand of securities, lived in secure buildings, had premieres and red carpets and dinners with big names…they had private doctors and nurses and not one single person was aware of him being abusive ? And worst of all her accusations is the Austrália story because they were surrounded with people, doctors, nurses, staff, and she went trough three days of extreme violence ? Being r**** with a glass bottle and just getting up like nothing happened ? Waking up and making him breakfast or whatever she said ? It makes me so angry to this day seeing her testimony.

Watching the trial again 1 year later and I genuinely cant believe the amount of acting involved.. i had sympathy for Amber, even though i am team Johnny.. the amount of dishonesty is unbelievable

The yacht he bought right after he purchased the island was named after Vanessa and the little lifeboat was named after his kids. When Amber came on the scene she was furious nothing was named after her. She fought Johnny over n over about getting rid of yacht since they were married. When she tells the story of them going out for one last trip with his kids before J. K. Rowling took possession of it. Johnny was really depressed about it and that’s why he had a couple of drinks but according to his sister and Jerry Judge he was never drunk and never passed out. Amber had nothing named after her and it killed her.

Me too I didn’t see all all of her testimony at the time so I’m rewatching all of the trial, and I must say her testimony is cringe worthy to watch, I’m getting second hand embarrassment from her lack of self awareness, and by now everybody including public opinion can see through her 🤯🤯
As a pathological liar myself (in my teenage years and early 20s, I have no idea why I did it, I literally couldn't help myself) and as someone who also has borderline personality disorder, i see so much of my past self in her. And that's so terrifying for anyone who has to come in contact with her.
I have BPD too and I can see what I "could have become" without 15+ years of therapy, DBT and ECT.
I can relate to this so much. Thank God we have gotten help and can admit it. Bless you.

As somebody who has been diagnosed with PTSD, I can tell you she doesn’t have it. 20 years after 9-11 I still feel like every building is going to come down on me. I know what PTSD does…and she doesn’t have it. She also is fake crying. It’s mind blowing to watch how she goes from upset to not in a nano second. This is all just really bad acting.

@@johnadams9274 No, it's not clearly 'fake crying', especially since she was often unable to speak properly. Nobody would fake cry that frequently or for that long. The only ones who are easily manipulated are those who have decided to hate Amber Heard no matter what.
It's horrible and strange. Also, she keeps looking at the jury with that awful sad clown face throughout, if she was traumatised she would be staring at her feet and there would be tears, this is a performance and a very poor one. She can go from tortured to baseline normal behaviour in a split second.

This is what I heard….not in order. (After she noted he had lost a ton of weight)
1. He grabbed her by the neck 5 times.
2. Hit her four times in the face.
3. Threw her across the room 5 times.
4. He bashed her head against the wall 3 times.
5. She rolled around naked trying to escape in glass.
6. She slipped and scrabbled on glass with bare feet.
7. He hit the wall over and over with his fists and a phone that disintegrated. (Iron hands I would say… have you ever punched a wall?)
8. Had a bottle slammed into her lady parts over and over and over. It may have broken or may not. Not sure of the shape it might have been square.
9. Took 2 sleeping pills and went to bed.
10. Woke up his fingertip mysteriously disappeared.
11. Walked around to see the damage and made coffee since he was drinking Red Bull.
13. Food everywhere and paint/blood along with his finger ran out of blood etc.
14. He Threatened her death over and over.
15. Injuries reported: Sliced up feet, bruised face from being clocked, bottle rammed over and over in lady parts.
16. She went to LA with Ben. Walked through airport and able to pack her things?
17. No drug or drinking use mentioned on her part. Unless I missed it.
I found it interesting that she could even see the next day with all that potential bruising and no headache or vision issues. Also interesting that she didn’t need medical attention & didn’t go to the hospital, let alone see a gynecologist. Especially with the internal slamming of a bottle that may or may not have broken… that’s not something that is taken lightly. Along with glass cuts everywhere on her feet and naked body. Seems you would want all shards out or to double check. Especially with her. I would also think even if his team just “watched” it happen that the hospital would immediately report it and take pictures. Most people wouldn’t ignore a situation like that I would hope.
I would think you would also be extremely sore from all of it. Which could be hidden I suppose.
If you have time I would suggest you listen to the recordings of that day when they were found by staff. They can’t play because Jerry/Dr. Kipper/Nurse Debbi are in them. There is a lot of interesting nuggets regarding the situation.

Can't remember any traumatic experience to that detail. Maybe some fragments of memory but not any detail sequence of events. I know how this goes at least in my experience. She makes me sick.

I can promise you, I've seen every type of trauma reaction, from hysteria to crying to laughing to amnesia. Your advised to look at jury when talking, but Amber took it wayyy to far! It was so bad it made even us at home feel uncomfortable. Once you have lost the jury, then your in big trouble. It was straight up creepy and especially when there was a side bar she would stare at them. Jury is NOT going to listen to you if you have made them uncomfortable.

This is all I’ll say as an MD/ doctor/ resident psychiatrist finishing up the last stretch of his 4 years of training in mental health after 4 years of medical school: I have had many many many people, men, women, boys, girls, veterans elderly people in my office or in their hospital rooms/beds recount their trauma. And I have NEVER-EVER seen someone “cry” like this without shedding a single tear. I have to replace my Kleenex box in my office every 2 weeks with the amount of crying I have in my office, most of which is trauma being shared with me that is much less severe than she is claiming. I have tried to be very open minded about this trial. But for me, after seeing this, the case is closed.
This is personal for so many people because they can see their abusers pattern of behavior on AH, at least for me that happens

She only mentioned an exit by the bar but didn’t say she tried to go out of it. Everything could have been believable till the point she went overboard with the injuries and physical assaults she tried to make up that would have had anyone be hospitalized and miraculously she walked away with some bruises….
