    My husband just got out of the hospital for kidney stones. We've both been on Keto for 2-1/2 years and have lost 110 pounds all together, but he has a history of them and hasn't been consistent with water or lemons & probably too much protein. His BP is now normal though after many years of hypertension. We are both no longer insulin resistant. We love you

    I had kidney stones years ago and do not wish to experience this again. I started drinking a pressed lemon juice diluted in a quart gallon of water (1 liter) every day. I started in the morning with a glass and continued all day long. After one year I went to see the nephrologist for a checkup. He told me that my kidneys were now in the right size and working well. He added I do not know what you are doing, but it is working, and you do not need surgery anymore. After 8 years, I do not have experienced any kidney issues.

    Just passed my kidney stone exactly 3 days after my trip to the a lot of plain water the first 2 days. Have been drinking lime juice in my water just the past 24 hours which probably helped get it out. Big relief to get that jagged little rock out of me!!! Thanks

    Thank you for this video. I went to the hospital once when I woke up to brown urine. I thought my kidneys were failing but was told that I was dehydrated. Surprisingly, no handouts or information on kidney health. It was just drink more water. I read info for myself and lost 20 lbs, cut back on protein and learned to read my yearly blood tests to try and keep my creatinine within limits.
    I wish more Physician specialists would have handouts to help the public stay on track with their specialties. Provide handouts, have meetings with their patients for a question and answer sessions maybe twice a year. Talk about what to pay attention to, talk about risks, what you need to do and ways to extend your life.

    good day, This in turn is based on a diet for people not on dialysis. Patients who are on dialysis usually have fluid restriction and are not allowed to drink much, so they should also be careful with drinking water if they no longer produce urine. And then you have to pay attention to nutritional dietary requirements such as potassium, phosphate, sodium and urea to ensure that these substances are not excreted. So as mentioned in the video, eating fruit/vegetables is not possible in large quantities. One cannot simply drink a large glass of water in the morning if one is on dialysis and is dependent on fluid restriction of +/- 800ml per day for 24 hours. Then I really wonder how to improve kidney function if one is already dependent on dialysis.

    I passed a kidney stone a few years ago, and it was the most painful thing i ever experienced. It was so bad that I had to be rushed to the hospital. Ever since then ive been drinking lemon water. I dont ever want to go through that again. As painful as passing that stone was, getting the bill was more painful

    I can certainly attest to the benefits. I have been undergoing kidney dialysis for 4.5 years already and am only now following daily exercise. ( Problem was a broken back which just would not heal ) The MAJOR improvement in my toilet routine is nothing short of plainly miraculous. No more runny tummies for me. Now know that I won't just live 2 more years but even longer. So much for the smart-ass doctor. Once again I have shown to myself that by being closer to my problem I am FAR more in tune with my situation and can attune to my ailments much more accurately.

      Natural sugar free greek yoghurt. If it's too sour for you add a tiny bit of raw local market honey mixed through it. It does taste good with honey.

      buy Greek non fat plain yogurt great value is good if you have a walk mart near you low in fat no sugar , Cabot very good how ever high in cholesterol , use yogurt in place of sour cream great on tacos , frozen fruit like blueberries triple berries mango , Papaya and my favorite crushed pine apple i call that very healthy stuff little cinnamon and honey and drink a glass of water with it as well

    wow, the lemon is one of the most alkaline fruits. It contains loads of citric acid hence it is one of those citrus fruit and it had a pH of only 3.0. Fabulous alkaline fruit for our breakfast

    Lemons really work for this if anyone is wondering. I was having pain and was diagnoised with a stone. The Doctor told me that it was too big to pass on my own and that I would probably have to have it removed. I went home and squeezed several lemons into a gallon of water and drank the whole gallon in one day. I felt the stone come out and never had another issue.
