    This is almost exactly what I do in the morning, but I do jumping jacks, burpees, push-ups. It works to lower blood pressure. I'm more meat based, with fermented oats, vegetables, and fruit.

    Too much water stresses your kidney. Let your body tell you how much and when it needs water. Don't worry, your body will let you know when it's thirsty.

    Thats how I eat my oatmeal- with berries, flax seeds, cacao powder and chopped walnuts. If i have chia seeds i add that, too. Then i add a squirt of redi whip out of the can, spread it on and YUM! Awesome!

    How about doing a lot of fiber and avoid foods rich in oxalates. That helped me with my CKD stage 3

    Kidneys don’t completely control how much water to release or keep in the blood. Tht is calculated by the Pituitary gland, which send a message to the kidneys about how much water should be kept in the body.

    This is valuable, your doctor will not ever tell you this because they’re too busy . The integrity of proper bladder control, cognitive mindset is probably 75 % of nursing home patients beginning decline lost of independence no driving limited social activities. My do I appreciate this. .

    What if you live in an asisetid living center and you have type 2 diabetes borderline 3-4 kidney failure and they wont give you the proper diet even though the say they are and the menu is signed by a licensed dietition

      My mom went through this in fl.they were serving her high sodium foods w sauces and cake for deserts or other sugary foods.lots of carbs.said been a month and not a strawberry or blue berry in sight. Anyway is there someone who can Uber eats you some apple slices and yogert etc.thats what we ended up doing till my sis in Nebraska had apts built by her for seniors at 500 a month.she is so happy opening the door and going outside.89 and half.cooking in crockpot to soften her food.anyway someone even a social worker should bring you some fresh fruit when they visit.

    I do not eat breakfast and am not hungry until 1 or 2 pm. Then it is a rib eye, cooked in butter, redmond's salt and I am usually full for lunch. Bacon, eggs for dinner with 1/4 ground beef for dinner.

    Also stop the sweeteners like Splenda etc those are all extremely bad for you I was told by my nutritionist that best one is Stevia in the raw that’s the exact name “Stevia in the Raw” it’s in a green box it only uses one ingredient

    Do not eat yogurt if you have kidney problems! My wife ate it all the time and then the doctor made a comment about yogurt. She stopped eating it and her kidney functions improved! Watch what is posted on utube
