I have been watching videos of Beijing due to that, to get a feel of where she is which seems a long way from home, especially in these times.. I know this is not really near where she is though. You had me really confused at the beginning, you kept on turning and i kept seeing the same buildings over and over. I couldn't understand what was going on till I found the road on google maps, and followed your driving. I see you did a full circuit of all those looping roads and passed where you started at about 3:20 into the video. What a huge interchange! Now I can watch the rest of it having solved the mystery!

That's because Beijing has much higher percentage of low rise buildings under 4 or 5 stories than many other tier 1 and tier 2 Chinese cities. I live in America, and it pisses me off how many people here in the western world are blind to the rest of the world. I live in America, and it pisses me off how many people here in the western world are blind to the rest of the world. So many other Americans are "AMERICA THIS, AMERICA THAT, AMERICA FOREVER!" and while i love America, other cultures fascinate me so much. Beijing and Shanghai are incredibly impressive cities to rival the best of America, even New York City. I happen to love Chinese culture and history, and i really hope i can visit one day!
