You could easily do it at home. I have a laminar flow cabinet at home and do tissue culture at home.

@@30minutesintro49 It is easy and many do it. There are videos that you can use to learn. It only needs practice. I dont know what plant you want to propagate but in most cases using normal practices is easier and practical.

I do have one question for you , is their any culture media with out sugar source or glucose?

Some orchid media do not have any sugar (glucose is a sugar too).
I also use sugar-free media for certain applications for example for observing the impacts of symbiotic microbes on plants.
