Commercial versions are recognised by DVLA but for vat purposes HMRC do not as it doesn’t have a 1 ton payload , so all us vat registered builders will be in for a shock when HMRC knock on your door looking for the vat to be paid back . I cancelled my order because of this situation, same as the ford raptor non vat qualifying
