Thanks to a good friend who found this DR for me I am tackling my first project to see how it runs.
12 min and no action? Are you kidding me! If I wanted a DR commercial I would visit their site.
We just became a DR dealer whre I work.
DR shipped some heavy duty blades in to us - those things are MASSIVE.
I was doing the Receiving check off on the shipment and it was all I could do to lift a pair of them...

I have to agree with everything he said. I have the same DR and it does a great job. It goes in to places a tractor can't. I cal lt my tank. Nothing so far has stopped it.
How is it on hills. Especially steep hills?
@@thomaskirby4677 I found that the more you try to fight it that it will win and you will be tired out. I found that try use a lower gear on the hills and it will go better. I had a steep bank (about 200 feet long and about 6 to 8 feet up to the road.) The first time I was worn out but as I got used to it it was a lot easier. On hills I always found it was easier going up than going down. Since then we moved and I sold it but I wish I had it back. Good luck with yours.....Dave

It looks easy to operate
Nice video. I think you’ve got the right idea showing the results. I’ve got two hints for you though, pick up a medium duty Stihl trimmer, put a hedge trimmer on the business end and that will allow you to get your deck in closer to the bottom of the brush. Don’t forget to fill your tires with slime. If you don’t it’s a long pull back to the house with a flat tire. Also when it comes time to change those tires on there are useful life is gone, as far as I can tell they snowblower tires.

@@crob8240 Sounds like you got a deal. I just paid around 5,200 for a 2019 model, 34 max, with a blade and chipper attachment to go along with the brush mower attachment.
