Here’s something that really put things into perspective. I have siblings a lot younger than me. I mentioned how much I missed Justin Timberlake’s bleached curly hair back when he was in a boy band. My 19-year-old sister said, “What? He was in a band?”. 💀
I am over 50- I wear some trends and some I would never go with- I think you hopefully figure out what works for you as you get older- but I like to throw something new in once in awhile.

As a small town gurl who doesn't chase trends, I was kind of taken aback when I moved to a big city last year, because everyone here is wearing these ridiculously oversized jeans, velvet clothing, and enormous puffer jackets lol. I like oversized tops, they look cute on leggings, so I'm fine with those. Flannel is cool, I've been wearing it since childhood. I am never going to wear oversized jeans/trousers though hahah.
I loved JNCO jeans! Not the absurdly huge ones, but the ones that were between a regular cut and the huge ones... I loved them! Still wear pants that are bigger around my ankle today... Can't stand pants to hug any part of my body. Gotta be loose

And I've noticed to those shirts that are blue and then when you get hot they turn pinkor you can just kind of blow your hot air on them and they turned pink they've come back to body changing colors I don't remember what the brand was but never real popularblack from sweat in the middle of your back would be pink in your underarms would be paying the rest of it would be kind of a purplish blue
Bucket hats don't do anything for anyone. Also most of these things you guys think are coming back kpop artists are already wearing. Like bucket hats, the shirts with different patterns, fanny packs, a lot of them.

And I can't stand skinny jeans I'm 43 and I don't like wearing stuff to look like capris on women I like bootcut jeanswhich our work boots all the time so it goes with him but I can't stand the rest of my pants all the way down my leg tight as you can't pull them up
My daughter is 11 and owns 3 fanny packs. And I think bell bottoms should come back. And I don't listen to rap and I never watched a music video, willingly. And my children don't listen to rap. The only trend I follow is my own. Lol.
