My dr wanted me to buy what is called an air cast. They are available on Amazon. It is worn at night while you sleep. It should help if you’re interested. Made a different for me.

I had plantar fasciitis - very painful, you can get schol heel pads specially for it. It worked for me.

Hi Mark & Lisa loved Mercia what a lovely place. Marks feet, as you walk lots it might be he needs supportive trainers like Vionics rather than Crocs. I stand in my job & Vionics have changed my life.
Yes they are pricey but I look in the sales, QVC is where I buy mine.They hold your feet in the right places. My feet use to ache so badly. You can buy sandals too. Love Chicco, he did look tired after his walks.Loved your sandals a great buy.

Great vlog again and looks an area worth visiting. When I had pain in my heels I bought shoe inserts for all my shoes that had arch support and not had a problem since.

Iv got a little chihuahua coco & iv always bought royal canine chihuahua dry food for her from pets pets at home & like chicco she’s so fussy iv tried so many dog foods some times she’ll eat chicken then she doesn’t then by chance I was putting in an order from pets at home & I came across the royal canine chihuahua wet food & I thought I’ll try it & she absolutely loves it the only thing she’s ever scoffed & it’s not too pricey £12 for 12 pouches which is actually decent especially if they eat it plus they’re getting all the.nourishment for our little chihuahuas ❤️

Hi Mark and Lisa loved your Murcia blog a favourite if you get back to the area again try Puerto Mazarron 2 good campsite and 2 aires at Puntas de Calnegre. Mark might have planta facsitis under his foot the muscle gets inflamed under the heel very painful had it myself bloody agony try ibuprofen and inersoles that support the arche of the foot. Safe journey home Jenny xx

Mark the pain in your heel is called plantar faciitis very painful i suffered with it for about a year, get a bottle of cold water and roll your foot over it, goid luck its so painful x
