Really think Cal story is actually one of the best written for a Jedi. He acknowledged Jedi is not all perfect. He doesn’t strictly follow the Jedi code. He stay in the light yet embrace the dark side to use it for him as a weapon, and not really give in to be a slave of his own emotions. Have a cute droid and a gf who is not fully a politician. If Anakin is the Chosen One, Cal should be the Second Coming of balancing the force.
Not really "the second coming", but he is pretty close to what the Jedi should be, not bound to the republic but to the will of the force. the dark side feeds off of hatred and anger so it stands to reason that the same can be said for the light side with love compassion, a Jedi who embraces positive emotions instead of forbidding all attachments could be very powerful.
It just recently occured to me, that Cal and Merrin's story is a lot like Luke and Mara Jade's story. Mara also tried to kill Luke in the beginning, Luke had to prove himself over and over for her to truly trust him, and lots of other comparisons I'm sure, but I haven't read heir to the empire, or any or legends material with Luke and Mara, so someone else can probably make a much longer list of similarities. I've only seen the incredible animated fan film series adaptation of heir to the empire by the channel "darth angelus", up to chapter 29, following the book, so that's all I know, besides a little from watching videos.
@@thefracturedbutwhole5475 But here's the thing, the Jedi have a very good reason to forbid attachments because the point of being a Jedi is to devote your entire life, your very soul, to the Force. It's an incredibly demanding commitment and attachments are a distraction because they lead to fear of loss, which could cloud judgments. Anakin fell to the dark side because he refused to accept the possibility of Padmé dying and Luke nearly died because of his attachments to Han and Leia.
I agree with everything you say, except for the fact that Cal is not using the dark side, the dark side is the one that is using him Right now Cal is on the edge of the precipice, but like Cere, he will have to resolve his doubts and overcome his fears, or he will fall into the abyss
17:53 "I know you are in pain, but this is not you! THE EMPIRE HAS TAKEN ENOUGH FROM US! I WILL NOT LOSE YOU, TOO!" One of my favorite moments in the game. Merrin was so courageous she bravely softened Cal to go of anger and let reason ease his storm and rage. THEY'RE IN LOVE, YOUR HONOR! 😭😭😭😭💔💔💔💔
I've been seeing a lot of comparisons of Anakin/Padme vs. Cal/Merrin, and I'm of the opinion that their own specific "crisis points" were entirely different situations. Padme was very much an enabler, who was almost completely oblivious to Anakin's actions and intentions pretty much right up until he was literally force choking her. And once confronted by his actions, her response was to simply suggest they run away, basically abandoning everything he felt he had done for both of them. Obi Wan appearing behind her was just the final straw that broke the spamel's back of his sanity. Merrin on the other hand has been well aware of Cal's strife from the beginning of them meeting, understood the trauma of losing loved ones and the emotions it causes (fear, anger, lust for revenge), and when he started to choke Denvik she IMMEDIATELY recognized what was about to happen, confronted him and guided him back from his rage. Simply put, Merrin is best girl😂
To be fair, Padme was not clueless about Anakin's troubles. Padme saw him losing control, saw the nightmares that plagued him at night, and she tried to get him to open up and relieve his fears and anxieties. But unfortunately, Anakin always had a bit of a devil may care attitude, so narrowing down exactly how far gone he was could not have been easy. Not to mention, their confrontation on Mustafar was quite far into Anakin's descent towards the dark. So the big difference is less in comparing Padme and Merrin, but more about the differences between Anakin and Cal. Cal has always been more level headed and righteous following his path, not to mention he saw first hand what falling to darkness did to Trilla and what it nearly did to Cere. Whereas Anakin always walked the thin line between light and dark all throughout his padawan years and the Clone Wars. but i do agree that merrin is best girl
Whoever wrote & acted Merrin did a phenomenal job. I love how she helps ease Cal & really be there for him as any friend would. She is looking for a path forward and she sees it in him.
It's very Luke and Mara Jade, with Merrin hating Cal cause of him being a jedi, and then thinking all jedi are bad, but then getting to know him, and finding out that he's actually telling the truth, and he's different than what she knows the jedi to be. I can't wait for the day Disney's star wars monopoly falls, so that fans, or at least someone else than Disney, can make a proper "jedi" movie with these characters, I'm tired of the shows, even in animation, I'd love to see some clone wars animated movies, like taking some of the unfinished arcs, and turning these into movies. The original clone wars movie was actually the first 4 episodes turned into a movie, but I think they could make the other arcs work better with the pacing as a movie.
Cal: [shows Merrin the Astrium] This could be the key to the next generation of Jedi! Merrin: [takes his hands and looks not at the Astrium but at him] Homegirl knew what she wanted on Day 1.
What I like about this is that Merrin, being a Nightsister, is naturally attuned to and adept in the dark side of the Force. Yet, she is in control of it. Not only is the symbolism of her pairing with Cal perfect, but she can be his guide and anchor as he struggles with the dark side. I sure hope this doesn't end in tragedy though. We already had a Jedi-Nightsister pairing fall to the dust in Vos and Ventress, and it was because Vos fell to the dark side.
The soundtrack for these 2 games is just incredible, you can tell from the length documentary they made just about the music, brings me back to the force unleashed days, which also had incredible music.
It also feels like a more natural sense of what the Dark Side actually is vs how it's often asserted to be a perversion of the Force - if there's light there must be dark, but the dark doesn't have to be evil any more than the light has to be good, those are assumptions we bring.
@@MLaak86 I know, right? What people often forget is that the darkside feeds off emotions. So why not just power the darkside with more positive emotions rather than negative ones?
The thing none of the people telling Cal to retire understand is, he physically can't. He's Jedi. There is nowhere he can go. Nothing he can do. There is a giant target on his back. As long as the empire stands, it will never stop hunting him. The only thing putting down his lightsaber will accomplish is to leave him unarmed when the Stormtroopers inevitably come for him.
13:33 THEIR FIRST KISS! 👍👍👍👍 I am completely stunned right now by this new Star Wars power couple. First Anakin & Padme, Obi-Wan & Satine, Kanan & Hera, Han & Leia, and now a Jedi and a Nightsister. Cal and Merrin. An unlikely dynamic duo. I'm so glad they're finally an item even in the Star Wars canon.
I remember from the STCW episode where the Senate was taken hostage and in the beginning Anakin gave Padme his lightsaber saying this lightsaber is my life.
I think that Telling about his Past was The most decisive. Merrin learned that there is other person in Galaxy Who Lost Everything like her and was living years scared of being found and killed. They found The Connection.
@@andresv.8880it’s true. Cal's Intention was to get Merrin's trust. He disarmed himself and gave her his lightsaber to give her „a high ground” showing that his intention is Not to hurt her. The chemistry between these two was obivious. Come on, the moment we saw these two together. We all knew it. When characters feel real, they just become alive. Cal being How I met your mother? Your mother tried to kill me....
Yeh but while she was off exploring the galaxie. She was dating other people. And when cal and her met again. She said “you were never far from my thoughts” meaning she always liked him. Yet fucked other guys? What? How is that far to those guys and cal?
He might be mentioning a novel I think. Believe they made Merrin Pansexual so she’ll pretty much be with anything. But I don’t agree that she probably never forgot Cal. Even if she did sleep with other people, they weren’t even dating like come on. I usually don’t give a f**k about this stuff but talk about double standards here because she’s a women and she can’t have a body count of more than like 1 or 2. And how is her saying that even a lie?! Of course she’d never forget the man who convinced her to join the crews and see the galaxy and find her place in it. Cal was still strict with his code until he sacrificed another part of that to be with her. At this point that guy is just projecting his own insecurities.
*13:48* I love how BD-1 at this moment was trying to call Cal's attention trying to say: "Cal, move, Cal, move, CAL MOVE THE FUCK OUT OF HERE YOU GAWKING MONKEY IN LOVE, that giant robot is about to stomp on us" 😂😂❤

A nightsister and Jedi. Wasn’t sure of this in fallen order but as I got to know the pain both Cal and Merrin endured at the hands of Sidious and his machinations, and their growing attraction between them, I was all smiles seeing Merrin embrace Cal after escaping Vader. Why she didn’t kiss him then still boggled my mind lol.
I think she was only 17 at the time just like Cal. and she had only recently met Cal. But that was the first step since they kept thinking about each other. And that's what makes it so real. With Anakin and Padme it comes so forced the slave boy and the queen comes that Anakin lost his mother and went alone and had wiped out a whole village. Merrin would never let Cal do that.
It’s because also Why she was waiting For Cal's turn in Jedi Survivor. Once She kissed him being unsure How Battle will end. She was going to reveal her feelings simply. The reason is Simple. Cal was a Jedi and Members of Order used to avoid attachments like it was shown in clone Wars and prequels. She could be scared of being rejected.
@@seweryn2010 Merrin already indicated in the cave by the fire that she has feelings for Cal. Also especially cute is the scene when Cal was sleeping. But after the first kiss, Cal realized he returned the feelings, but he was afraid to show them. That's why he said when the two were alone on the balcony: I know what I want now. He took her hand directly and Merrin kissed Cal again, but with that he finally entered into the bond. Cal then gave the third kiss to Merrin and not to him like she had before.
@@skystalker5360i think She gave a Little sign after Battle with Vader. But Cal was then too much focused on relying on Jedi Code. Cal was aware of Merrin's feelings but tried Not to show that. When I originally played Jedi Fallen Order I wanted to see a flashback of the Battle of Dathomir from Merrins point of view. Would have been interesting to see her hiding as Grevious walked in with his battalions killing anyone in their way.
If Cal and Merring pop out a child that kid should totally meet the possible offspring of Ezra and Sabine A Dathomiran/Jedi Hybrid and a Mandalorian/Jedi hybrid would be a cool pairing for master and apprentice
if this is going to be a trilogy then this thirdgame might be insane with dark side abilities. glad merrin and cal actually become a thing instead of it just being implied
I might be reading into it a little too much, but Merrin's inflection in her voice @ 5:25 seems to indicate she wanted to be by Cal's side when he woke up, but there literally wasn't room. It was a positive reinforcing statement building Greez up, while also subtly letting Cal know she wanted to be there for him. She needed to make sure Cal knew there was a good reason she wasn't right there when he opened his eyes. It's absolutely adorable. I love the connection they share!
I always loved the nightsisters. They were the only dark side users who ever existed that didn't consume themselves, and their whole witches' coven society is fascinating.
Losing bode, cere and cordova hurts me. So much. I hope well get ghosts and see their legacy continue as well as merrins and cals offspring in the new base. Fighting and surviving against the empire. Guiding through the darkness
I love the characters of Trilla Sudari & Nightwitch Merrin. They’re both smart, beautiful & talented but stunted by trauma & consumed by revenge. Nonetheless, they aren’t consumed by hate & intrinsically good even if they’ve done misdeeds or flawed. I love the connection & chemistry with Merrin & Cal. I just hope it doesn’t end in tragedy like Ani & Padmé - they deserve happily ever after even if it makes for a boring end. Can’t one freaking Star Wars romance last?🙏🙂
Before anyone gets the wrong ideas about their relationship (and apparently didn't know how the whole second half of the game is about "why Jedi don't have nuclear families") this is how Lucasfilm actually frames this: Colin Gilpatric wrote to (George Lucas) and was surprised to get a thoughtful reply from his studio Lucasfilm: “It sounds like the Force is strong with you, and you are showing great wisdom by asking your question. To be a Jedi is to truly know the value of friendship, of compassion, and of loyalty, and these are values important in a marriage. The Sith think inward, only of themselves. When you find someone that you can connect to in a selfless way, then you are on the path of the light, and the dark side will not take hold of you. With this goodness in your heart, you can be married. We enclosed a few gifts that we hope you enjoy. Thank you again for writing to us. May the Force Be With You!” "JON STEWART: “Now was there any reason why [the Jedi] couldn’t get married? Was that the motion of it or the idea that they loved something….” GEORGE LUCAS: “The whole idea of the movie ultimately is that you have the light side and the dark side. The light side is compassion, which means you care about other people. The dark side is you care only about yourself and you are obsessed with yourself. Getting your pleasure and getting all your stuff. The other one, you give it to everybody. You give goodness and health to everybody else. “So the issue of love, there’s a line between loving somebody compassionately and caring about them and helping them, but the other line is not to be greedy. Or, once you are greedy, then you get fearful. You don’t want to lose what it is you have, that you are getting. So you have to learn to give up everything. And ultimately for a Jedi Knight, it’s very easy to give up and one of the things they give up is marriage. “They can still love people. But they can’t possess them. They can’t own them. They can’t demand that they do things. They have to be able to accept the fact, one, their mortality, that they’re going to die and not worry about it. That the loved ones they have, everything they love is going to die and they can’t do anything about it. I mean they can protect them as you would ordinary protect, you know, ‘Get out of the way of that car.’ Somebody charges you with a gun, you knock the gun out. “But there is an inevitability to life which is death and you have to accept that. The problem is-and this is a mythological idea that goes way back to Hades, where once you get power, it corrupts you. So, if you say-Anakin. He fell in love with Padme, then became possessive of her. He got jealous and all those things. And when he found out that she was going to die, he would do anything to stop that from happening, even to the point of making a pact with the devil to say, ‘Give me the power to save my wife and I’ll do your biding.’ “Well, he got the power to save his wife, but in the process he became powerful and the key to it is he said, ‘Okay I can save you from dying. I can even rule the universe.’ Everybody who gets the power wants to run the universe. They all want to be the Emperor.”" So basically, if Cal and Merrin want to have an intimate and exclusive physical and emotional relationship while going on many adventures together, that is fine. Marriage might bring too many structures and labels. It implies ownership. Anakin "pulls rank" as Head of House Skywalker several times in TCW. If Merrin and Cal have children, that is also their business. But they have to be willing to accept that their relationship will change and even end one day and to make peace with that if it does. "Don't risk a thousand lives to save one." - Aalaya Secura.
Yup. The Jedi screwed up by thinking _all_ love leads to the Dark Side - celibacy only gave them emotional constipation and isolation from Dark _and_ Light.
@@Mourtzouphlos240 That's the _ideal,_ but in _practice,_ most canon Old Republic Jedi seem to be chaste, Ki-Adi-Mundi and others apparently being the exception rather than the rule; sex usually leads to attachment, and one-night stands can be a dick move (IIRC Qui-Gon calls a fellow master out on that one), so why not cut that out too? Read all the _other_ words I'm saying - for the most part, we agree on things.
That’s why i the middle ground is the most sensible not being to greedy but not being to compassionate and being a pushover you have to choose what people to be compassionate and which ones you simply can’t help balance is the key even in the real world.
You see how they combined their powers together? Imagine if they had a baby and she grows up and becomes a Jedi Nightsister Hybrid! Now that's a story! 👍🏻
the moment they took down that excavator together, my jaw was still on the floor bc of what had happened a few minutes earlier. That entire sequence was such a rollercoaster
I am worrying if Merrin dies in the next game, and Cal would completely fallen into the dark side due to her death, Cal may be dead too trying to revenge. I just wish that they give Cal and Merrin a happy ending.
Hopefully they’ll get a happy ending when they get married after the fall of the Empire. Although I would love to see Cal wearing a ceremonial Jedi robes, Merrin wearing a beautiful ceremonial Nightsister dress, Kata as the flower girl, Greez as the priest and everyone from Koboh will be attending at the wedding.
I really hope both Cal and Merrin survive, Star Wars pretty much owes it to us at this point since whenever there’s romance, someone in the relationship always dies with the other surviving. I just want a romance where both survive for a happy ending together since that surprisingly hasn’t happened in Star Wars yet.
True. Merrin is very strong in this game, so many tricks up her sleeve. She almost feels stronger than Cal. Well, light side Cal, at least. Cal was struggling to hold the ceiling when it collapsed, but Merrin looked far more casual.
I just finished playing survivor and watching this makes me realize how young cal really is like he looked so young in fallen order but I didn’t realize it until now
Am I the only one who noticed a very nice set up and pay off in this game? In one point Merin says: Merin: "If you ever stray from your path we will guide you back" (This is the set up) Later when Cal is force choking Denvik Merin says: Merin: "I know you're in pain but this is not you. The empire has taken enough from us. I will not loose you too" After which Cal lets go of Denvik. This is the pay off. It's my personal favourite moment of them two, and I'm pretty sure that if Merin wasn't there Cal would have killed Denvik and possibly turned to the dark side. When Merin said "I will not loose you too" it's when Cal realizes how in love she is with him and gets pulled back to the light side of the force. This is a beautifully writted romance between two characters blended in with the main story line in a way that does not feel forced (pun intended). It comes natural and I love it
Finally I knew they would do that for us the fans 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 maybe in the third game if they make it they would have a child. Write your THEORIES in reply’s
i don't think they would be at that stage in their relationship yet. i think they may have the mirror situation to padme and anakin where she might be pregnant in the early stages, but there would have to be some serious character development offscreen or in the game to have that. Cal and Merrin will have a strong relationship no doubt, but i think the game would focus more on the dark side of cal as he is struggling with that in the last game. I think something that they could do is have storylines for the main characters and make them playable, like they did with cere towards the end. My hope would that they would just be more open with each other and be able to find complete trust
Disney are desperately need explanation for Rey connection with the emperor, I wouldn't be surprised if they made Call the emperor secret son at Naboo and the jedi took him as infant Padawan . @@thomasjuniardi3559 i don't think they would do that in the game though. Honestly, I'd even take a live action series that fills in the time skip between the two games. They could show what events ultimately drove the crew to part ways, and how their journeys of self discovery ultimately led to their reconnection in the second game.
Ngl this doesnt feel like a forced love story but a more natural one lol, some may disagree, but i actually like how their differences bring them closer
One of the best parts of story telling is hidden truths and facts, we all know this, but for someone who isn't as experienced as Star Wars its rather impactful that you can learn of how it wasn't the Jedi, but a non-force sensitive Jedi Killer who massacred her people. Adds some layers.

I really do hope these two survive in the third game. Given how Survivor ends, it really makes me believe that Cal will leave the future in the hands of the Rebels. Like imagine if we see Leia and her resistance, I could see a scene with him and her talking to each other and she tells Cal that if you keep going forward, you might end up becoming consumed by your ambitions and fall to Darkness. Or if they want to keep him and Merrin fighting, then I think they would have to completely rewrite the Original Trilogy and have Cal help in teaching Luke about the ways of the Jedi.
TBH there has never been anything stopping them from redoing the very poorly (not at all) planned sequel trilogy. There is no law stating that once a thing has been made, it cannot be remade. That would be the proper move.
The holding hands and both looking down scene was the best part of the first game. I hope in the 3rd game they have a kid and they train him/her in the ways of both Jedi and night sister force abilities.
It would be cool if they make a second trilogy revolving around their child. Maybe he or she will be a member of Luke’s Jedi academy. Just ideas. It would probably be better if it where Cal and Merrin that trained him or her.

I agree with everything you say, except for the fact that Cal is not using the dark side, the dark side is the one that is using him
Right now Cal is on the edge of the precipice, but like Cere, he will have to resolve his doubts and overcome his fears, or he will fall into the abyss
Cal is closer to what a Jedi should be than the bulk of prequel Jedi were.

Cringe is just a new word for you genz kiddos that means you’re sensitive😂.
@@zorrakas320 Did my opinion about a fictional romance upset you buddy? Or are you that triggered by lingo?
Eu não poderia dizer melhor
Well cant blame Padme for that tbh
Best girl 😍
“the straw that broke the spammel’s back” lmao
Whoever wrote & acted Merrin did a phenomenal job. I love how she helps ease Cal & really be there for him as any friend would. She is looking for a path forward and she sees it in him.
Tina Ivlev. She's great
It's very Luke and Mara Jade, with Merrin hating Cal cause of him being a jedi, and then thinking all jedi are bad, but then getting to know him, and finding out that he's actually telling the truth, and he's different than what she knows the jedi to be.
I knew they'd end up together when I first saw them, but they're just so cute together I'm so happy.
Cal: [shows Merrin the Astrium] This could be the key to the next generation of Jedi!
Merrin: [takes his hands and looks not at the Astrium but at him]
Homegirl knew what she wanted on Day 1.

Before anyone gets the wrong ideas about their relationship (and apparently didn't know how the whole second half of the game is about "why Jedi don't have nuclear families") this is how Lucasfilm actually frames this:
Colin Gilpatric wrote to (George Lucas) and was surprised to get a thoughtful reply from his studio Lucasfilm:
“It sounds like the Force is strong with you, and you are showing great wisdom by asking your question.
May the Force Be With You!”
"JON STEWART: “Now was there any reason why [the Jedi] couldn’t get married? Was that the motion of it or the idea that they loved something….”
GEORGE LUCAS: “The whole idea of the movie ultimately is that you have the light side and the dark side.
And when he found out that she was going to die, he would do anything to stop that from happening, even to the point of making a pact with the devil to say, ‘Give me the power to save my wife and I’ll do your biding.’
“Well, he got the power to save his wife, but in the process he became powerful and the key to it is he said, ‘Okay I can save you from dying. I can even rule the universe.’ Everybody who gets the power wants to run the universe. They all want to be the Emperor.”"
So basically, if Cal and Merrin want to have an intimate and exclusive physical and emotional relationship while going on many adventures together, that is fine.
@@HowlingWolf518 “Jedi are not celibate.” - George Lucas.

That’s why i the middle ground is the most sensible not being to greedy but not being to compassionate and being a pushover you have to choose what people to be compassionate and which ones you simply can’t help balance is the key even in the real world.

i don't think they would be at that stage in their relationship yet. i think they may have the mirror situation to padme and anakin where she might be pregnant in the early stages, but there would have to be some serious character development offscreen or in the game to have that.
We don't have a clear canon what human+nightsister hybrid look like so they might have a human daughter, we already know Cal is a ginger male like Palpatine...so...brace yourself 😅
@@thomasjuniardi3559 i don't think they would do that in the game though. It really has no connection whatsoever cause Cal doesn't really have a mysterious background that was established from the beginning like rey. Also most of the fandom, including myself, think that rey ain't that great and that plot was kinda hogwash, so i really don't think (and pray) that star wars would ruin this game franchise like that.
Their child would be very powerful...
@@anubhav6294 You certainly have a point one with the strength of the Force and the sorceries of the Nightsisters.... shit I'd hate to be their enemy.

Db: "mmm yeah, the sky is made out of sky"
Bruh imagine the child of Cal and Merrin, how OP would that child be...
Their kids would be unstoppable!
Can Disney please just hire the writers for this game for their movies? Seriously best Star Wars story writing since the original trilogy.
the prequels had overall good storytelling, but the dialogue was horrendous and they cut out really good scenes that added much needed context to padme and anakin's relationship
Anakin-Padme, Obi-Satine, Han-Lea, Boba-Fenec and now Cal-Merrin
Don’t forget Kanan and Hera, Ezra and Sabine and Din and Bo
Luke-Mara Jade
@Lee Taylor I think he talked about the canon couples.
@@technokyte its my favorite too
Din and Bo?
Merrin’s voice reminds me of Sypha from the Castlevania anime only a bit deeper. It’s the accent.
It does abit now I heard it
They deserve each other
From nightsister to nightmother. Because of cal.
We all know that after they Defeated malicos and were touching hands it will be more that just a friendship when there was rumor about a second fallen order game fans say that this will happen and the fans was right
Aww, they look so cute together. It reminds me of Anakin and Padme
15:47 These Two Lovebirds Of Cal And Merrin.
There's something to the night sisters that make for the best romance stories SW has ever seen (this and Dark Disciple)
Bros pick up lines went from sandpaper to a marble counter top.
😂
I don’t know why maybe because I’m a just a sucker for a fellow red head ginger finding love lol. But I really loved that the game developers and writers gave us this awesome Star Wars Love Story lol. I was so excited when I realized that it was happening lol. I knew something was going on when she ran to Cal to hug him at the ending of the first game Jedi Fallen Order. I’d LOVE to see these two together in a live action Disney+ show! Following them after the events of the second game.
Redheads are the best, in game and real life. :)
Honestly, I'd even take a live action series that fills in the time skip between the two games. They could show what events ultimately drove the crew to part ways, and how their journeys of self discovery ultimately led to their reconnection in the second game.
@@Dexcalibur420
That actually sounds like a great plot tbh. Either way they really need to bring them both or all of them in to a live action show.
Ngl this doesnt feel like a forced love story but a more natural one lol, some may disagree, but i actually like how their differences bring them closer
7:53 LMAO that five nights at freddys jumpscare from Kal was amazing!
Finally! I was bumed that their love story didn't progressed on the first game.
One of the best parts of story telling is hidden truths and facts, we all know this, but for someone who isn't as experienced as Star Wars its rather impactful that you can learn of how it wasn't the Jedi, but a non-force sensitive Jedi Killer who massacred her people.
Adds some layers.
I like how Cameron’s voice went deeper in the second game.
Peak enemies to lovers.
For Cal, Merrin had Never been an enemy. He was Only going to find an artefact. Merrin was manipulated by Malicos and believed that Jedi are guilty of rage of her sisters. Cal was doing Everything in his power to avoid a fight.
@@seweryn2010 Cal always tried to avoid a fight, at least for most of them. Degan wanted to go overlays with him, Rayvis, 9th sister, Trilla, Malicos and Bode. Cal tried all of them to no avail, but Merrin appreciated that.
@@skystalker5360ut it’s Not true that Merrin and Cal were peak enemies. Maybe for Merrin Jedi were but For Cal She wasnt an enemy. Merrin appreciated that Cal disarmed himself becoming dependent on her will to listen her history and undestand. Of course it was nice, Cal opened himself in The next conversation.
@@seweryn2010 Yes, that's right, I worded that a bit wrong. What I wanted to say was that Cal always tried to see the good in everyone no matter how depraved they were. Merrin never attacked him personally and they weren't enemies. Only Merrin considered anyone with a lightsaber an enemy except Malicos.
They do a really good job in conveying what true love feels like
God damn, they not only made her look better, but turned her into an absolute badass too
Yea she had ass in the game
Bro the love child between these two would be so god damn powerful 😧🔥🔥🔥
My favourite Star Wars couple now. Their mutual attraction feels so natural, and don't feel forced.
Thank you for this video.
Which one seemed forced to u?
Bro has the best rizz in the galaxy’s…😂
😂Hahaha
Cal: I see goth witch force user, well let's just say it's not just my lightsaber that got turned on
The holding hands and both looking down scene was the best part of the first game.
@gudgel5307 I would actually hope their child ISN'T apart of Luke's order considering how that place ends up lol
@@DarthPho3nix33 Very true.
A Jedi and a Nightsister now that's an unusual pairing.
She survived General Grievous's massacre. She certainly has reason to be skeptical of Cal. Especially since his lightsaber is that same color as many of Grievous's lightsabers
Man you know how to make a grown man cry like a baby with this. Great work! Keep it up
