Never seen this before, thanks for sharing. I just read recently that Karen was good friends with Melanie Griffith and was originally up for a part in the film NIGHT MOVES (1975). When she didn't get the part, she recommended Melanie who had never acted before. Melanie ultimately was cast as Delly Grastner in the movie, thereby opening the door for her 40+ year career as an actress in Hollywood.
Believe it or not.. I use to think Dennis & Jeff were similar.. kind of in looks and how they acted.. crazy but fun memories and at least Jeff is still alive, barely! 👍💜
God bless Colleen McGovern, wherever she is today. I know Dennis was grateful to have her by his side in his final hours, when he needed a friend more than ever.
I'm sure Dennis didn't really mean any harm... However... In 1977... In a fit of jealousy directed at wife Karen Lamm, in 1977... Dennis torched Karen's Ferrari saying "It was either Karen or the car - one of them had to go!" But let's face it they both had volatile tempers toward one another at times yet they truly loved one another... and sadly years later after this interview Karen would soon follow passing away in 2001 at the young age of 49 from heart failure... May they BOTH be at Peace. 💜🏄🌴🎸🌹🎶🍀
Ah, yes.. the hurtfull love. Often very passionate. But it rarely ends well. Like two tornados filled with emotions crashing into eachother. Hey there, Irish Girl. Sorry to come out of this in an unrelated video but I saw a comment of yours saying you went to an Elvis concert in San Francisco, in 1976. In your comment you said Elvis didn't seem like he wanted to be there, and 1976 was actually a weird year for him, but I'm trying to gather as much info and data as possible. Did you and your friends by any chance photograph or film anything from the concert? Maybe an audio recording? Do you know anyone else who attended who might be able to help me with this?
That's okay asking about Elvis and his 1976 concert... And ... unfortunately, I no longer have any concert photographs, I know, I know... 😢 it was so long ago and with so many different things going on in life they sadly we're lost.. now, if my memories could be turned around and used as physical pictures and photos I'd be one happy girl! But we know that's Never Gonna happen! Good luck finding out what you can. I have a friend who worked with Elvis, on eight of his movies and his Comeback Special 1968, maybe if you tell me more of what your looking for I can ask him and see if he/ I can help? I can't promise because you know HOW Actors Are!😉 Don't get me wrong he's very nice but he also is VERY protective with his relationship with Elvis, but one never knows.. xx

I think he hit his head coming up from diving in the marina. Dennis dove for old curios he’d thrown overboard from his ketch Harmony which had once docked next to where he was visiting friends that day.
There is so much more to how Dennis died. There are a lot of books out there but try to read one of my friends books, who was a best friend of Dennis and photographer, Ed Roach... his stories his pictures are awesome and not just because I'm friends with him, but because they are! 👍
I know, huh? I have searched over and over EVERYWHERE trying to find out what caused her heart failure (but I think I know anyway) but also WHEN was she diagnosed and how SOON after diagnosis did she pass away?
