Hey everyone I FOUND THE BENT 110'S for CHEAP Again, Utah Skis Has them for $389 and good sizes: www.avantlink.com/click.php?tt=pl&ti=7417&pw=372417&mi=19201&pt=3&pri=12826 This deal hit after I posted this video so I hope this helps anyone that's frustrated.
WOW! I jumped on your EVO link and bought the Bent 110s for $375 last week. Glad I did! I thought they were going to run out of my size, but never thought the price would bounce back up. Weird!
Last Hunt in CDN is my go to, picked up Rossi Sender 104 TI for $320 CDN ($230 us). Couldn’t imagine paying retail, when you can score previous years at these $$.
Best deals are on ski essentials rn. They’re selling 2024 skis with 2025 bindings that they mount for you. Got bent 100s with marker bindings for $470.
Thanks for those links. Sent them to two friends who are ski shopping. Also loved the Montec/Dope vid. No one else would have done that. It was spot on and a great reality check. Thanks again.
Wow Elliot. Volkl just lowered prices to unbelievable levels! I thought I got such a great deal at getting a pair of Mantra 102s for $480. They’re listed direct from the manufacturer for$320!!! Unreal.
Then you'll want to look at either a pre-mounted pair or some demo skis from Utah skis or used skis from Evo for that. Most online sellers don't mount without your ski boots present. It's a pain, but it's fairly common, must be a liability thing or something.
You need a Skiessentials link there E! They had Bent 110s w/bindings which I was seriously considering for about $600 but all gone now. Can't believe I rode the lift w/a guy on Bent 120s on the mostly manmade snow at Mt Rose yesterday, he loves them! I was really surprised.
How are the Maverick 86c skis on the early season granular? Skiing the Bent 120 on hardpack is probably kinda easy since you don't really carve them... you just kinda slide and skid down the mountain.
@@res_ipsa-REX The Mav 86c's are good I'm still getting used to them but they hold an edge pretty well in hardpack, Sendy too. Rips down the mtn if you let it, I like Switch & Slopespins on them, easier than an on the Stance 96.
The online retailers feel the need to create urgency. Buyers may hold out for the ski to go even lower and not buy. Then the buyer sees the ski they were hoping go lower actually go higher in price. When the retailer then reduces the price back down (but maybe not quite as low as before) the buyer feels the need to buy before the price goes back up... creating urgency. I too do not like the psychological games with retail. My local Costco just switched around the location of many items in the warehouse. They do that based upon "Treasure Hunt" psychology since now you must look for where your normal items are and may buy something new in addition to your normal items.
Yeah, imo it's a bold move given the clear inventory issues they're having. Luckily I work with multiple affiliates so I can rotate around and keep showing good deals, like Utah skis the next day had practically the same bent 110 deal. I'm just not thrilled by the psychology games you outlined, I totally agree.
Have you ever tried the black crows navis freebird? If you have what do you think about it? If not you should give it a try and make a review! Nice vid!!
@@RicketySkiReviews Yeah, heard alot of happy skiers riding on them, but make sure to test the navis also would be a fun video to watch if you could comepare the freebird skis to each other!

They’re trying to get the emotional shoppers, who think they missed a deal, kind of like buying plane tickets

They're even better than used prices tbh

I would recommend people also checkout Utahskis, I've found the prices comparable and they just launched new prices
I just bought a pair from them for my son. Great deal.
@@RicketySkiReviewsdo they mount bindings? That’s a huge savings. If not add about 70 bucks to that price.
@@RicketySkiReviews with the exchange rate, Corbetts is pretty awesome right now

Appreciate that!
I enjoy what a goofball Elliott is.
Haha my friends have all said the same thing 🤣
Yea I was lucky and got the bent 110 at the lower price and with evo rewards, I almost felt bad about it 😬
Don't! That's such a good deal
the Brahma is awesome, holds an edge like no tomorrow, no speed limit and last year to get it
Yeah my wife loves hers
Got the 110’s last week based on your video for $375!
Great get!
@@RicketySkiReviewsthank you for pointing out the discounts!!!

And the Mantra 102 SOLD OUT in hours at that price. Wow
Thanks for sharing this great deal, I've been watching deals like a hawk and should have a video again on it soon
Do evo mounts bindings??
I believe they do if you have a retail location nearby
@ I’m in Australia.. in a small snowless city that has no ski shops!!

@ they mount them in Aussie ski shops but we don’t have the awesome sales that you have!

@@res_ipsa-REX NO vibration! Ski is very stable. I have to grow into it a bit still
I pitched it to them, but got radio silence back
I scored new 2023 Atomic Hawx Ultra XTD 130s from Lone Pine Gear Exchange for $214 shipped.

Sell shirts, use that money to buy skis, review them, then give them away to people that buy your merch.
"Alrighttt, welcome welcome...." should be printed on the shirt :)
Love this. I could possibly help out with designs for shirts if wanted.
