Thx for posting your videos. There is one video you posted, you mentioned if you can get an RC- F. Then get one, etc. It was a difficult trying to find my color choice but I got lucky and bought a 2024 RC- F!!! I freaking Love It!!
Hey twin! Was wondering if you have an answer to a question? I have a 2017 GSF with the shocks that do standard, slalom and track. Do you know if I can just put lowering springs and keep that function? Pls and thx bro…
Just bought a used 2020 Lexus RCf with 3k miles on it. I got a massage saying I need to add oil or take it to Lexus. It has about 4,300 miles now. Is that normal? Do you ever have to add oil before it’s due for an oil change?
Depends. If you bought the car and it was already low oil in a cold state then it could just be low oil from the beginning. But if you get this normally without always accelerating then it should be looked at
Thanks for uploading the video! Getting ready to change my oil when Amazon decides to ship my oil to Italy from the US. Hit me up if you're ever in Italy!
It's green so it's easier to locate oil leaks in certain vehicles *cough* bmw. They use a blacklight flashlight. But liqui moly is comparable to amsoil in performance.
@@GTR_IMPOSTER Per the Toyota technical manual for the RCF and GSF : step b) Apply a small amount of engine oil to a new o ring and install it to the oil filter cap assembly.

Should've posted a pic dude
Another great instructional video with fun. Your contributions to F community is priceless!
Thanks. I appreciate that
Nice! Where did you buy the cap that sits between the wrench and the oil filter housing?
which was better in your experience? the amsoil signature series or the molygen oil?
Great vid kid. As an old man I’m an RX guy, but your ride looks sweet. Take care drive safe.
Been using Liqui moly religiously! Btw the black cap is a twist so you don’t have to yank it off. Great video nonetheless!
I learned that about the cap after haha
Its very good oil 👌🏼
Very good oil.
Is that k&n better than oem
Barry I know you're in Germany but at :11 it looks like you are living out of the car man...lol. J/k with ya! Good videos! -Nigel

The spring on the AVS suspension is changeable. Lots of RCF owners with AVS suspension has done it now. Same with GSF owners.
@@thehuangbros just to clarify, your saying I can keep the stock dampeners if I use the AVS springs?
@@arlistertillory7820 you can keep the same shock body and use different lowering springs

Always lube the rubber seal / washer on the oil filter.
Always use a funnel when refilling oil. Why risk spilling oil?? Crazy.

Oh I would love to come out to Italy to meet more lexus owners. On a EU tour to meet as many as I can
Where do you find all of these diy garages?
Perks of the job that I have I guess.

Good stuff
can you use any crush washer?
Not recommended. I would just stick to oem for that.
You dont need to lube up the o ring on the oil filter ? Or pre lube the filter a little at all ?
This kind of oil filter housing there is no need to.
@@thehuangbros im thinking of getting an rcf used with 65,000KM
Do you have the stock exhaust ? Do you find its quiet or ?
@@GTR_IMPOSTER ive had a stock exhaust. But mine is ark performance right now. I think it allows you to enjoy your engine sound

Is liqui moly molygen compatible with any car?
As long as you have the right viscosity that it states in the owners manual then you are okay to use
What if I use just once and then the next time I change the oil I use Mobil or valvoline, is it alright just as long as it’s synthetic?
@@sadatmahbub317 once youre synthetic just stick with it
now I'm curious too LOL I may have to try liqui moly oil, I have used their other products but haven't tried the oil
Its not bad. Idk if it keeps it’s viscosity level better but I do feel it feels heavier when I accelerate compared to amsoil and mobil 1.
@@thehuangbros that's interesting... should do more research on it vs amsoil, mobil1 and penzoil
@@KimDelaCruz im tempted.
I use Pennzoil for my GS!
