    Its great to see that you continue sticking to your long-term plan!
    One method that works for me when I feel like procrastinating/delaying any task that I have to do is:
    - take 5 deep breath-ins and right after the last one, start the task (even if for a few steps/repetitions) - usually this is enough to get the ball rolling until the task is done!

      Thank you! I'll try it! I can see myself doing that when I grab my phone or feel that I'm starting to lose focus
