    1. I will put my phone on the other side of the room so that I have to get up out of bed in order to turn off my alarm tomorrow morning
    2. I will leave some water near my phone so that I can hydrate immediately following getting out of bed
    3. I will prepare for tomorrow tonight: clothes laid out, a bath towel, as well as prepare my cereal (pour it in the bowl, with yoghurt added, & leave it in the fridge) so that these things are as quick & easy for me to execute & complete when I get up
    4. when my alarm goes off at the time specified in my newly & reasonably designed morning ritual, I will:
    -drink water
    -grab the towel & have a quick shower
    -dress, & eat while going over my journal
    5. I will then meditate using my new Headspace subscription before going to work

    1. I will wake up to my alarm tommorw without pressing snooze a millon times
    2. I will workout at 1:30 pm for atleast 30 minutes EVERY SINGLE DAY this summer

      Working out every single day isn't a great idea for you need to let your body rest to get the best benefits as well as you shouldn't look at life as a competition and do things to surpass others trust me

      How can you practice "things" if you never had will power in the first place? The mind has to be challenged first before engaging in an activity. So it's better to know first

      Never said you shouldn't know anything. Say you want to learn tennis , get a bit of knowledge (how to hold racket for example) then practice. You should avoid the trap of over-learning. It's very common in the self help industry that intelligent people make the excuse of : "I need to learn more" , when they already know how to hold the racket and yet they start learning how to aim their shots before they've learned to hit the ball in practice. This is procrastination.

    1. Work on my confidence daily because I hate being so shy with strangers so I will talk every time I'm shy to talk and try new different things
    2.Improve myself in English by watching RUclips videos in English daily
    3.Wake up early at about 7 am to finish all my tasks from studying and homework
    4.Start a new habit which is reading about 5 pages of a book everyday before sleeping
    5.Start taking a computer course but I planned to do it in the holidays to be free to learn everything I need
    6.Go to the Gym but only on Thursdays as I'm busy on the other weekdays
    7. Want to make a RUclips channel but still hesitated about it
    8.I really want to be successful besides being successful at school so I'm trying to learn as much as I can about different things but don't know what else to do to become the well-known successful person I want to be

    I will start doing homework starting today, every day, at least 2-3 hours the moment I arrive home.
    I will start doing workout for at least an hour, in the evening starting today, three times a week.
    I will start working on the company I want to start-up, starting today for at least thirty minutes.
    I will start reading the books I kept on my shelves, for a year already, starting from tomorrow.

      Only this I would change about that is... I will understand x and be able to teach topic (or subtopic). Focusing on setting a time goal can result in you staring down the clock for 30 mins :)

      It would be too vague for me... It's better to define the time and the place more precisely. What time exactly you wanna do it, and where exactly? And sometimes it is better to start just with own room- the chances to succeed are growing :)

    “I will practice skateboarding every sunday at the parking lot of JSQ.” Is what I plan on writing down to try this myself. This video couldn’t have came around at a better time. I was literally thinking a couple of hours ago how can I start actually doing all the things I want to do.     I will do 50 push ups everyday before midnight in my room with 2 days of rest in a week (Monday and friday) for 30 days
    I will comment in this video the second I have done the push ups
    i changed it to 50 to make it realistic for myself ill try to do more then 50 but that will be my new goal

      it's a great goal but you shouldn't use negative sentences. the subconscious mind don't understand the "no". Instead, say "i will abstain from watching any kind of porn for the next three weeks."
