Is the 2wd and 4wd different ride quality? I wonder if the 2wd can feel the smooth ride like air suspension.
I just purchased the limited x in velvet red. Mine didn’t come with the sunroof or upgraded sound system. I traded my Altitude for it.

Interesting that chrome was always more desirable until recently. I like the Limited X Hood front bumper and body-colored moldings. but the chrome would look better on the mirrors window trim and roof rails. IMO

Technically a high altitude is classified as an overland
you CAN GET THE safety features on regular limited as well as the hemi but you have to order it thru price and build it is optional

If you don’t mind not having leather and a sun roof, I would look at the 2019 upland model.. it’s has Quadra trac 2, 8.4 u connect, 20 inch black rims, select drive mode and more... mine came out to be 39 even with tax
39k? Wow that's very reasonable. 20" rims make a huge difference on this suv. Like a world of difference. Every time I've had a moon roof sun roof I've never even used it as much as I thought I would. I like how it has the touch panel built in. These suvs with an iPad sticking up from the dash look sooooo stupid. Never want that
Was bias about buying another grand Cherokee due to my current grand Cherokee literally being riddled with nuances from replacing my engine at 120k miles , now my abs and traction control light will not turn off , my jeeps is literally a money pit but dude these models are sexy , hopefully they’re reliable .

No it's an option.
Why do I see many "limited's" on the road with the blacked-out appearance package, but their tailgate badge does not say "limited-X?" They either say "limited" or are blank.
The Limited X is a Cheaper version of the High Altitude Overland with SRT Hood, you should compare the difference between those two !

you can get all of the safety features on a regular limited you just have to order it through the factory; my front grill is going to be all chrome just like a summit

All you have to do it get a regular limited with a level 2 technology package it’s exactly the same where it matters you just don’t get the hood and the wheels
Daniel Son What about the dual exhaust, painted body side moldings around wheels and rocket panels and blacked out trim pieces in grille and bezels. This really makes the truck compared to the Limited
Love my Limited X except for the fact that every Mustang and Camaro that see my hood want to race.

Nice video.. k was just going to make a suggestion....in a car review like this, the voice over is nice but I think the little box in the upper right corner of you sitting at your desk is unnecessary. It isn't really needed and covers some of the footage of the vehicles. Just a tip in my opinion, I just don't think it adds anything to a video of this nature.

Honestly, the limited has been the same for years. I see a minor upgrade on the dash around uconnect.
I was taking a lot of rental in 2016 and always took the grand cherokee Enterprise has. Some were 2015 and some 2016...I wasn't into the models but now wish I would paid more attention. Always thought these were pleasure to drive handle great at 80+mph on highway. Some had the padal shifters on the wheel back then as well as the intermittent rain whippers. Now its part of the X. I saw an X the other day why I sought this out and it did look super sharp with premium rims and the hood. I want research these better and get a depreciated 2 year old version like I want.
We just wanted to thank the jeep company for the high quality of Grand Cherokee cars, we have 4 of them and all are operated in difficult climatic conditions and off-road conditions !! many have very large runs and have never let us down !! But the Jeep dealership in Russia is poorly developed and poorly developed service and maintenance is difficult to produce !!

air suspension is wayyyyy more expensive to fix if something goes wrong
@@plunger99 true. But unless you are a hardcore off-road enthusiast I would rather buy it with the air suspension. And to be honest I would not buy JGC for hardcore offroading. It is more a family car with some adventuring abilities.

A limited with nothing standard? Everything is optional? How is it limited then. Everyone is following Ford. Really soon we'll have to pay extra if we want tires and doors in our vehicles. The sad part is that we fall for it.
I understand your concern. The limited is kind of bare bones. That being said, there are multiple trims above limited for the luxury seekers like the Limited Lux 2 pkg, the overland, and of course the summit.
Getting the x is a total waste of money and common sense.
