This deeply healing yoga practice is exactly what I need to relax before bed during this very stressful time in my life. I would strongly recommend this for anyone who is feeling tired, stressed, or frayed but still wants a little bit of movement
Your authenticity and quiet assuredness have made practicing yoga an absolute pleasure, thank you for your practices and I hope you continue to gift us with more
Omg, God bless you for this! Wow. I’ve been so stressed for years with ptsd and major family problems and I haven’t done yoga properly for years, I’m totally out of shape and I just made myself start....feel soooooo much better. Haven’t been so relaxed in the longest time. ♥️🙏🏼
Thank you so much for sharing, I'm glad the practice was helpful and take it one day at a time - sounds like you have been through a lot. Lots of love p xox
I have adrenal fatigue & was thinking about going to yoga classes & then this popped up. I tried it for the first time today & while I wasn’t able to even do 5 minutes properly, at least I can say the instructions & her way are encouraging me to try to do this. Thank you
Please could you do some more gentle practices for those with chronic fatigue? Mostly floor based poses. I really love your easier videos, like the yoga after a cold. Thank you for what you do! ♥️
This was the most relaxing experience I’ve had in ages. I love how mindfully you guide one through the process. Can’t wait to regularly dedicate myself to the practice 👏🏻 🩵🩵
one of my new favorites! so, so relaxing and smooth, this made me so happy. was so relaxed and blissful at the end that i stayed on the mat a while longer and took a short nap! just what i needed for finals week :) thank you! 💗
Challenge day 6 -During this practice I noticed how helpful tabletop position is for releasing a tense face and tight tummy, further releasing those areas and the shoulder tension during child’s pose. Addressing my adrenals was an ideal way to ease into the weekend. Again, thank you!
Wow this was really what I needed! I have been a fan of your other routines as well and do them daily now! I have had an incident on the street a couple of months ago and since then my body is in constant stress and tension. Your videos are really one of the few things that calm me down. Thank you so so much, Paula❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for taking the time to practice. I can hear you being hard on yourself, just want to give you a gentle reminder to be kind to yourself, take one day at a time and take those small steps that help you to feel good, inside and out. Lots of love, p x
Woah, really needed that. Had a rough week with non stop stuff going on, and this just made me so happy :) thank you so much for taking the time to do this
Just what I needed!! Was experiencing body aches and was just overall listless today but this has helped tremendously, thank you so much. Can't wait for more of your videos. 🥰
So lovely to hear, thank you. I would suggest this practice if you are interested in weightloss: ruclips.net/video/P3bjYQ3QT0U/видео.html Hope that helps and let me know how you go :)
@@yoginimelbourne sure madam. Will update you. As i have insomnia due to adrenal fatigue,i was doing intense workouts n intense yoga. But ur way is sooo soothing. I will try this weight loss and adrenal yoga parallely and let you know.
@Karthik KS hope you are feeling better. I found i was very deficient in Vitamin C (powder not tablet!) and Calcium/Magnesium supplements. This helped me through the insomnia stage of adrenal fatigue.

I feel adrenal gland fatigue I think more often recently. But is it sometimes confused with lowering of testosterone levels as men get older coupled with stress from things like coronavirus job challenges and costs of living always going up. I am 56. And if you have any other exercises or other for adrenal fatigue. please advise.
That's really understandable, there are many factors that can contribute and these times are particularly challenging. Have you tried this self-care practice: ruclips.net/video/grugmD_kkRE/видео.html I would also recommend trying the videos in the 'relax and unwind' playlist': ruclips.net/p/PLE39V1yqWM_Hi9Rj2IceCFH99pZHKNbzz
@@mariap.894 thats really nice idea. 2 days before i gave blood sample (1st test) waiting for result and im doing this since 3 weeks. Thinking of doing same test after 2 weeks
Hello Karthik, the suggestion re: blood work sounds like it could be enlightening. When you practice most styles of yoga regularly there it impacts on our cortisol level due to it reducing the body's stress response. This particular practice actively uses the breath and particular poses to slow the body down to induce deep relaxation which has an effect on our physiology. If you do end up doing the blood tests, let me know how you go!
Sorry to hear your back wasn't feeling good - you could always try a supported variation and place cushions or a bolster underneath the legs as you bring them to the side in the twist (and also not cross the legs). Hope that helps :)

Madam, does performing this everyday makes normal cortisol level ?
Karthik I guess if you can pay for blood work after a few weeks, you can get your answer to that, it'll be very accurate 👍
