    Thank you! Wonderful back stretch before going to sleep. Sometimes I can't sleep because of tension in my back. I believe just this short sequence resolves a lot ❤

    Thank you so much!!It was a relief after sitting in front of a screen 10 hours a day teaching!!And a question:if we have a kind of acute back pain,should we try to practise mildly or not at all until we feel better?Sending lots of love from Athens,Greece!

      Pleasure! It really depends on the pain you are feeling - usually if it is more of a dull ache than it's okay to practice but if you are feeling sharp pain then please see a physiotherapist or an osteopath for advice before practicing. xox

    Another great short but effective sessions Paula! It's been quite hectic recently and we're finding this is perfect for squeezing in right before bed time. (P.S.: We noticed you are wearing socks for the first time. Must be nippy there! :-D )
