Damn! All these years gone by but still in my heart is the LEWD! Remember you guys living in that flat in the alley, not sure if any you guys from the LEWD read comments here. I was called Rad Rob back then. From Berzerkeley.
One of the sickest sounding live recording in punk ever! The levels are great, the guitar sound is just sick as fuck. So hard to get live recordings this good.
I was listening to Cause for alarm . the lewd pops up. I never heard of this band . I liked the name so I checked it out. Glad I did . There fuckin good
Man. It’s the underlying underdog vibe emitting from this record, combined with the actually genius lyrics and that sweet sweet lead guitar, good grief. Weirdly enough the guitar is so melodic and ferocious, like Johnny ramone mixed with James Williamson. Just listen to the guitar on “trailer home” and man oh man it almost makes me shed a tear..
necros?!!? I only heard they existed. last week my buddy played there record for me. great to see them great job man. can you find "suburban mutilation"
@@vinylrichie007 it doesn't really matter where any combos are/were from, as long as they are good or even better. 🤷♂️ Inner scene separation is useless. As an example a few years ago i saw an Oi! - Band from Beijing and an older Punkband from Wuhan here in Germany and they were better as some from Western states. So why seperating? 🤔🤷♂️😉
And being from Seattle didnt they have gigs or association with the early Avengers or the Enemy the female vocals on this LP were limited and could be any ladies or could it be a Miss Houston or Susanne ? From the enemy??
One of the best hardcore punk albums of the early eighties. A classic. Great songs, great singer, great sound.
Still love this record since 1982, incredible album!

Back when talented as fuck musicians didn't give a shit about fame, money,or recognition. They played cuz they loved it and lived it.
This was my favorite album in 84, every song really cool

I love the female backing vocals..
Rest in Peace olga devolga..
Me too!
I thought it was one of their little brothers doing guest vocals when I first heard it back in the 1980s. Didn’t know they had a female bass player.
This was one of my favorite albums in the early 80s besides Decline of the western civilisation, Bad Brains and Black Flag
dude from Metal Church, love it
Olga de Volga❤
Really overlooked band, killer hooks and the attitude and energry is awesome! I have 'Kill Yourself Again' on vinyl.
Climate of Fear is the best track on it
RIP J !! PUNK FOREVER !!

@@markwilliams8532 What do you mean you don't care where they are from. It is a competition.

@@stefanrothe8622 I was making a joke. Of course it really doesn’t matter where a specific band is from.

Mobile Home is covered by the mighty TURBONEGRO
You can't get a better compliment than that. These guys only do certain covers and kick ass on them...
