I've never made Pecan pie. I always thought it would be hard to make but seeing you make it I now see it is easy. My brother used to live at a place that had a pecan and black walnut tree. My Mom used to pick buckets full.

Ellen, your pecan pie looks absolutely gorgeous. If I was making my own turkey recipe, I'd add some Italian seasoning and sweet & sour sauce, for an Italian-Chinese fusion recipe, just like schnitzel and teriyaki sauce for a German-Japanese fusion.
