I got tired of waiting for the QK65 R3 so I bought this keyboard on a whim yesterday. I wasn't expecting there to be such a high quality review for my random $30 amazon keyboard, but here we are. Only posted 3 days ago too, such lucky timing!
@@MacCoyzkie I did, and it's fantastic! It feels and sounds much better than my much more expensive Logitech G512 carbon. I'm gonna do some mods and add swap out the brown switches for some Gateron yellows to make it even better hopefully :). I'm sure it doesn't compare to the QK65, but this being my first custom mech it will hopefully help me figure out what I do and don't like before I move on to the more expensive stuff.
@@Turruc these gaming keyboard like the g512 are trash tbh, i had one of those and only lasted for 2 years. anyway yes this klim keyboard is a good starter kit, practice into it before going big. I was looking for a shop where i can get the QK65 but i can't find any available in my country :(
@@Turruc hi man, can i get your review of this keyboard after 7 months of use. I am looking to buy this keyboard but it's not that cheap here. It's like 100usd. I really don't mind the price that much but would like an honest user review before getting it
@@shikharnegishiggy8752 Hi! sorry for the late response, I don't really use this account anymore. Honestly the keyboard is great at its price point, but for $100 its not worth it at all. The sound isn't great, there isn't much room inside for modding to improve it, you can't open it without removing the switches, and the 2.4g/bluetooth button sinks into the case when you add any foam. Being able to enter the hobby and have a somewhat decent moddable keyboard for $30 is amazing. I used it for a few months, got to test different things out and find out what I liked, and upgraded to a better keyboard that had those features later. I'd recommend this keyboard for anyone wanting to get into the hobby or anyone who just wants a super cheap keyboard that looks/sound better than most gaming keyboards. For $100 I don't think it's a good deal at all. You won't hate the thing, but that's just horribly overpriced. I'd go for something else, or maybe one of those services that just ships a package back to you from another country.
Hello, if i put a macro on this keyboard from the software on wired mode, will it stay saved on bluetooth and 2.4 ghz dongle when playing on other devices without the software?
Hi I have a rog strix x570-e motherboard and 5900x with 750 Corsair psu it stays on for like 8 hours and then cuts out any ideas what it cud be please thanks
@@xtreme1913 it's not in sleep mode right? this could be overheating or low power draw from your outlet. What are your cpu and gpu temps in idle and gaming?
