      Hi Ma'am, a strict diet along with regular exercise will surely help in weight loss.
      So from today start having a healthy and balanced diet and do a 20 minutes of brisk walking. In a month, increase your brisk walking time to 1 hour.
      Check with your gynecologist, if you can start going to the gym and if ok, start doing strength training exercises.
      All these together will help you to regain your health and fitness.

      Very good Sir, millets are fine. Fresh dates are preferred to dry dates for weight loss as dry dates are high in sugar and contain more calories.

      Although muesli is highly nutritious, it has extra sugar, carbohydrates and a lot of trans fat. So, I don't recommend muesli.

      Ma'am, the choice between oats and poha (aval) depends on the person's dietary needs and preferences.
      Oats has a lot of nutrients and is rich in dietary fibre whereas poha (aval) is low in calories and easily digestible.
