Thank you for the comprehensive tutorial in knotting a button. This will help me a lot in future endeavours where if my buttons fall off I will be able to sew it back!
Thank you for this very clear, easy to understand instructions on how to place back the main button of my default Cargo pants that I use for everything. I even used some Heavy Duty upholstery thread to make the button never comes loose ever again! :D
Thank you so much for this super easy tutorial! I watched another video where they put the shank in between the button and cloth, but as a visual person, it was really difficult for me to understand.
Not clear to me are you stitching on the 4 whole button - are you stitching first two wholes across from each other and then the other two or are you alternating???
I brought the needle up through the top-right hole, down through bottom-left hole, up through bottom-right hole, down through the top-left hole. And I keep repeating that order, so I'm alternating :)
As a grown man with no experience sewing, This was incredibly helpful in fixing my favorite pair of pants

What length of thread?
I would recommend using an arm's length at the longest :)
