The reason it is getting stuck is because you’re over filling it. There is a max fill level you shouldn’t go over. Great video!

What a beautiful, fun, machine. I’ve never paid any attention looking at any coffee machines other than the keurigs. These drinks look so pretty when done.
These machines can be fun, they make you feel like you are a barista at home, complete with coffee mess!

I just purchased this exact unit! I have read a few mixed reviews on water leaks and I ended up with a water leak. Easily repairable! The clip to a waterline into the main boiler was not installed properly.
This unit actually has two boilers, one for the brew head and a second one for the steam (milk frother). It also has an electronically controlled mechanical valve before the steam boiler with brass and metal fittings.

Also.. if I run a clean cycle.. is the milk level supposed to raise up in the container? I hate to have watered down milk on my next use?!

My boyfriend got me this machine for my birthday. I’ve been using it for months and tamping the espresso in the portafilter and THEN putting it in the lever. No wonder I’ve been having pulling issues! I also wasn’t using enough espresso it seems. I will mound my espresso and tamp correctly now hahah, thank you!!

When you want to clean de milk reservoir at the end of the day you first must exchange the milk for water. It cleans the inside of the pipes.
He has done it with the milk still inside and waisted 100ml of milk.

it’s making indents in the grinds once you take it off the machine because you’re adding to much of your espresso grinds, which is causing it to stick. the grinds aren’t supposed to touch it like that. hopefully that makes it a little easier lol

I just bought this machine yesterday bc it was on sale for $99 (black Friday sale) I like it I guess but it's LOUD. I feel like the drinks are very small size also. I have to make 2 for 1 drink 🤷♀️ lol

I just bought the Walmart one. It locks in if drop your filler in and turn it before filling it with the grounds.

I just got mine but every time I run mine the first drink always come out to only brings about 3 Oz even tho I choose the double serving. After the first run all the others come out the proper size. Anyone having similar problems?
I wonder... I use only level scoops and it doesn't make mountain of grinds to tamp down. However I read that the empty space can create a soggy puck which I do get but less the mess overall. What are your thoughts? Fill to the very top or level the scoops for some space?
Too much space reduces the pressure which helps extract flavor from the grounds! Packing also extends the time the water soaks the grounds to get the most flavor!
@@rgruenhaus tamping matters in a non pressurised filter basket more than it does in a pressurized filter basket.
When you tamp it, there should be a little space below the top of the lip

the milk in the just has not been steamed yet it only gets steamed when it is dispensed.
What if you want more coffee?
Is the milk frother hard to clean? I just got this and worry about milk getting stuck in there and moldy and not getting fully clean 🤢
I take it all apart and clean with a straw cleaner. Haven’t had an issue!
Hey! Just bought one of these for my girlfriend for Christmas and all of our drinks seem to have a plastic taste to them. Have you ever experienced this? And if so, is it something that goes away the more you use it?

Is the milk reservoir installed correctly? And did you fill it with milk? The reservoir may be too loose.
Saw the Walmart version earlier today and yea the controls definitely look different than yours

Even throught that spanish it's really itanly exspresso and it comes out better with an exspresso mechian then a regular coffee maker cuse its not coffee.. I know cuse I made it the wrong way for years lol exspresso machian it comes out sweet and brown.. good taste exspresso when made righg

If you like your coffe hot, than this isn't for you. Mine is just warm every time. I literally have to put it in microwave to heat up.

i agree about it not being hot but instead it’s warm. Although, I do think most coffee is too hot at first so this is perfect for me.
