I bought land last year and built my home the same size it’s a 8x16. Now mines not on wheels but it’s so nice to really see a tiny home. I laugh when people think 800 sq ft is small that was my first house and it had two bedrooms and a huge dining room. I have cut my cost of living by 75% and I am grateful.

Anyone who has followed him for years know his heart, if you need to be critical, or don’t appreciate his company values, please move on. Be kind and stop judging & accusing someone that is only trying to make someone else’s dreams possible. Love you Randy & Amanda. ITH 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻❤️🙏🏻🇺🇸🏠🐶

Having a water puddle in a new home is a legitimate concern for someone buying a home. I think most posts were just wondering where the water came from. I'm also sure Randy saw the water and will fix the issue.

@@raysun2be Some but some claimed serious issues like a roof leak with no such evidence and ignored the obvious that it's right by the entrance, which could either be a minor issue of the door is just not fully sealed yet or a non-issue that they just had the door open and some water got in... While most of the structure can't be damaged by water, basically, just the trim and cabinets. Vinyl flooring, metal galvanized walls that will be painted, etc. are pretty durable.

Exactly. He’s a good man trying to help people. Not everyone has nefarious reasons for doing things.
I bet it makes him feel really happy to be able to help so many people. I wish we had one of these communities where I live in Florida.
Everybody moved here after the pandemic because their states were closed down and what happened is that it drove the prices of homes sky high. 2 1/2 years ago I looked in a manufactured home that was $25,000. Two months ago it sold for $190,000. The one across the street sold for $263,000. We’re talking about manufactured homes!
Good people are losing their homes because their taxes have quadrupled.
God bless Randy Jones and the work he’s doing.

I first discovered ITH during Covid. I need to say THANK YOU to our American neighbours who keep coming to our rescue when we in the province Nova Scotia experience disasters, starting with the Halifax explosion that totally demolished the city in 1917 and Boston filled a train with supplies and volunteers and arrived in the middle of a snowstorm. After hurricane Fiona, many New England crews spent time restoring our power grid.
Now, May 2023 our tiny province population 1 million is literally on fire with 16 forest fires some out of control, 20,000 people evacuated, 200 homes destroyed. No deaths or injuries. Fire crews form throughout New England, 6 water bombers from Montana have come to help, and much more. Thanks from our beautiful province, and when it’s safe again do come visit…. We do have more than 40 sandy beaches.

We also had a window leak only on the same side as the door. They came out with 3 employees and got on ladders and added more caulking.
We used two towels to clean up the water, so I would bet this home has had the same situation and need for just more caulking around the door edges and it is all well and dandy.

Are those places built to code? Will insurance companies cover them? In case of a tornado or fire. The small town I live in here in Missouri (Misery) doesn't allow tiny homes. Mobile homes haven't been allowed for about 20 years. Before then, you had to have all 4 surrounding neighbors vote to approve one. These tiny homes are very much needed nowadays because it's almost impossible to find decent rental prices and new home prices are way too high for most people. Low wages everywhere around the country. Large companies are buying up all of the decent rental properties and charging crazy high rent. I'm glad I already own property. The town controls what people can and can't build on these lots though.

It was only about two years ago he was still giving 2 years free rent to start when you get your house for putting some money up front. It was not a long time ago. The policy has changed recently to asking. People to pay for his infrastructure with lot rent starting as soon as you get your house if. You take one of their lots. I am not sure if that is even legal to ask for renters to pay that 10K unless it is a gift. I. Would not do it. I might at some point but something to pull out but no way would I pay 10K to pay for someone's business but you come around calling me a clown for expressing my opinion. You are a bully. I have the money to pay cash for what I buy. I doubt you do. By the way. Smart businesses want to hear people's opinions good or bad. That is how they stay in business. So your not buying? You think it is a good deal for everyone else? Who is the clown. Take a look in the mirror Evidently he is now offering the RJO at the old price and still making a profit but Amanda said not as much. As far as the Mt.property the are asking one hundred dollars more a month so that should take care of any inflation for taking a tractor and cutting a dirt road etc.

Might as well be a HOA!
If you & your CLOSE CLOSE neighbor are in dispute or the community doesn't like you will you & your house be evicted?
When rent goes up & you can't afford it you'll have to move the house onto another lot or buy land that is CURRENTLY out of price range for most people looking at tiny homes. This isn't home ownership it's a land owners permanent income, probably with many losing their homes, to said landlord as rent goes up....Good for Randy!
