I couldn't believe it. I received a personal call from Mr. Randy Jones this morning. This man must have many people who are more important than me to talk to. So I felt honored that Mr. Jones took time to answer the questions I had sent to the website. I've been praying that if it's God's will for me to buy a tiny house and live in a beautiful location at a price I can afford. Well this morning I got confirmation that I will be living in the incredible tiny homes community in a 12x20 incrediBox on the mountain. I'm so blessed. Thank you Father. Thank you Randy Jones. I'm going keep watching your utube channel.
I LOVE that you are making this basic box a HOME for people! The space for a fridge or closet, the bigger dining space, longer kitchen countertop, room for a queen bed, a toilet that is 19" high, so us older people with bad knees can stand up (thank you so much!), space for us to add a barn door on the inside of the bathroom, and lots of natural light. Fabulous!!!
I love y'all!! A couple of things- It's TACO Tuesday!! One suggestion on the house design- why not hinge the counter top so it can fold down when you need the extra space?
@@ef5842 I didn't even think of that until you mentioned it. I would put a combination washer dryer under that end of the sink and put the fridge under the water heater.
I have a funny story for you, Amanda. Last year I got myself an up walker so I could walk in the parks & try to strengthen my back, (& lose a few pounds). As I was strolling along, some guy passed me in his pick up truck & said, "Nice @$$!" That sure made my day! 😅
I like the counter extension and removal of the panel box from underneath. I think that makes plenty of room for a combo washer/dryer unit to fit under there!
AMANDA... GREAT IDEA,.... SEE COMMENTS HERE... CAN TOLIET VENT GO ON OTHER SIDE OF TOILET? will it fit? As then that side is free as, a flex space to do things witb
Tuesday around my neck of the woods is called, Taco Tuesday !! YummY ! I have a question for you guys hopefully you can answer it tomorrow on your Q&A session. I'm wondering, what is a tiny house classified as, if you were going to drive it down the road, would it be classified as an RV ? Can we finance it and insure it like you would a camper ? If we just park it in our yard would we have to license it just to move it to our yard ? I don't see any license plate holders on the back of your tiny houses so I'm wondering, what exactly is a tiny home classified as, especially since you all are saying it's ANSI certified, does that change its classification? Love you guys and your mission to help create affordable housing. I hope to own one someday !
In my opinion and for efficiency sake, I would move the bathroom window over to align with the bathroom door for the a.c. and I would use a tankless water heater on the inside of that area along with the panel on the inside of my small stackable washer and dryer. Put a refrigerator at the end of the kitchen counter by the bathroom shower so the other end is still available for a food serving or eating area. I'd put a rack on the washer wall (facing the bed (like Randy's one in his kitchen to hold small items (canned food or vitamins) or sideways clothes storage. My bed would also have an under the bed storage system where the whole bed tilts up to access your items.
Yep these are great ideas. I’ve been looking for beds where they tilt up like that. No luck finding any. Could be another business opportunity for somebody who wants to build bed frames in the US.
Great changes & tweaks, never stop doing that, as needed :) (Have a Frigidaire 10 cubic foot fridge with a top freezer compartment & it's plenty large enough for 2 people. It was a big-box store sale at $450 about a year ago, delivery included. I've also had 6 cubic foot GE mini-fridges in the past that are awesome. But unless you're willing to defrost the freezer compartment once a month, because ice does build up FAST, I recommend just going for a bigger frost-free model like the 10cf type.)
@@Roobah OK, I did not realize FF fridges were that annoying or put out so much heat. Learned something. 👍 Will say, my last home had a very small kitchen & I made space by replacing an old 14cf fridge with a GE 6cf under-counter fridge. It was great, plenty of storage. But I had to manually defrost it at least once a month. (Which comes around much sooner than you expect.) Otherwise, hammer & chisel frozen food out of the compartment. And the compressor was noisy & ran often, no matter how low or high I set the thermostat. Not as loud as my current 10cf fridge, but plenty loud enough. Guess you have to try different appliance solutions to figure out which suits you best. Personally, having enough room to store 2 weeks of cold food is important because running to the grocery store every 4-5 days for meat, dairy & salad greens grows tiresome. And then trying to make it all fit like a Tetris game... ◼️😩 Too old for the aggravation anymore.
@@Roobah For sure the heat becomes a issue with any home 1000sqft or less, It becomes a 400watt+ heater when even the smallest fridge is on. In the south they just put them on the porch lol. The only issue I see is that the two plugs on the far wall would be covered up by the bed and you wouldn’t be able to get to them. Wouldn’t they be better on the side walls?
Suggestion: I'd keep the electrial outlet for the A/C in the loft vs. on the wall. It'd be easier to hide the plug/cord if it was in the loft where it was originally.
Randy I am loving the changes to the Incredi Box so much, that now I am rethinking the 12x20. Maybe create a Incredi Box only community . Something on the lines of a camp ground. So many possibilities with this home. One way or the other,I am heading to Tennessee.

I love the whole In-credi-box concept. Because I'm an artist, I've been thinking how awesome it would be to buy two and put them together end to end. Then I'd open a doorway or build a short causeway to connect them. I'd want one side to be my art studio and the other side to be my living space with the kitchen centered toward the middle and the bathroom at either end. This would really be the perfect setup for me because my only issue with the incredibox is there really isn't any space for me to work. I would definitely want to have a second one built and at some point connect the 2 of them...or not. Maybe I just set them side by side or in an l shape. This is one of the most innovative concepts in tiny house living and I love the ESP homes. I want my house to be built from the ESP panels..not just because it's economical but also because I think in the long run it's a much more sturdy home because it would be protected from SPIDERS insects and termites. Love most of the changes, though the cord looping down to that A/C plug makes me crazier than seeing a box up in the loft - just shove it back a few inches, out of sight. Also, how about putting the panel box up near the ceiling, so you can add coat hooks or a mirror or whatever up there behind the door, and maybe a little shoe rack below? Everyone's going to need a step stool to get into the loft or WH, anyway.
@@greeneyedredhead61 Yeah, I thought of a plant, but watering it over an electrical outlet? You shouldn't have to make up band-aids when there are better solutions.

Such as a air freshener or clock or small night light ..just my thoughts..
AMANDA.. was thinking same... Loved it in the Loft... The A/C or fan outlet... Just put it back 8 inches to a foot... Out of sight.. Not keen on an electrical chord up on the wall where decor/dishes need to go.. Is it impossible in Loft a bit further?
I wonder if you’re able to put in smaller windows. For privacy, if you’re actually going to be living in these. Smaller windows, and more toward the top. It’s more practical in my opinion for where you’re placing a bed because of the inevitable drafts that do come in from windows. Maybe get rid of the one window, or just slide it down above the counter space. In this small of a space, Murphy beds seem like a practical solution to adding more space. In which case, the thin long window at the top of the Murphy bed would look nice.
Love your raised toilet randy. I had my custom house built and made sure my toilets weren’t low to the ground. Just had 2 knew knees put on, and have to make sure when I’m out in public if I have to tinkle, they must have a handicap stall or else I can’t get up of the potty, and yes that has happened😧

They say we can’t change anything in the tiny homes when we buy but I have to have a higher toilet installed!!!
Yes, exactly.. Can install higher toilet after purchase.. And there was at one point a product in home health card that was called a toilevator.. Which was a 2" to 4" riser that goes under the toilet, like a collar, to make it higher... Need plumber to install unless you're handy that way. And there are raised toilet seats also in 2" or 4" heights to make it just a bit easier to get up off the toilet, especially after surgery... But taller toilet.. I would go that way :)

Hey with economy being as it is now the incredibox is such a great offer for people to have affordable housing. The cost to live in it would be pennies compared to a standard home. Yall have really done a great thing for people in need of a place to live! I'm so happy you have created an assembly line so plenty of these can be made so that they can move to keep up with the orders that are steadily coming in! Great job Randy! I like the changes that have been made. I can't wait to see how everyone decorates them!
Amanda, I have a little under counter fridge. They make them with freezers too, adorable. I do eat lots of fresh vegetables & fruit so it doesn’t stay full. Would a combo washer/dryer fit under the water heater? I like these updates on the details.
When I loo at them from the outside I couldn't imagine myself living in it. When you see the inside, it is so cozy, I definitely could. It's like what more could you ask for. It comes in 20 now which would be amazing. Off to IKEA and get a day bed like Luanne's. Lots of room for shelves too.
Thank you for the update on changes I appreciate your efforts. I noticed you didn’t mention the plumbing for a future sink in the bathroom nor the lines for the mini split that you had showed and promised in several past videos. I looked for but did not see them in the video - nor the second outdoor electric receptacle by the door. Did I just miss them or did you now decide to eliminate these elements?
I’m right there with you mandie. Awwww when Randy calls u mandie it’s the best it shows how close u two r. Love it. I love when guys r hooting n heckling it’s what men do n also open doors. Love u guys so much
Extending the length of the countertop takes away some of the spaciousness of the living/bedroom area. I much prefer the 72" length. I keep looking at these videos because I bought one and am planning how to decorate it. I like the panel where you put it, but it's looking somewhat cramped overall.
Suggestion: I'd move the bathroom lightswitch just a little closer to the door opening. That would allow more unencumbered kitchen wall space. Maybe ITH installed the lightswitch in its current location because they need the "hollow" space behind the shower to hide the junction box.
With my daddy passing just a little while ago, I am looking at how I can take care of myself and the ones dear to my heart that need it. Life is never certain and you can't control the bad things that wave into your life but it is nice to have the dreams like this to think upon. God has a plan even when we are not sure what it might be.
Randy I love the changes that you made with the 8 x 16 incredible box. I think the only thing you didn’t give measurement to was the space above the bathroom for storage.😂💕 have a great night Randy and Amanda,😊🥰
Question: Is there enough room to mount the track for a barn door in the bathroom? It doesn't seem like there is enough wall space above the door opening to actually screw in the track.
What's the material for the wall and a corner molding that you have riveted to the wall? Is that the finish of the inside? would it be possible for a tankless on demand water heater to maximize storage?

👍🏼 Great ideas & tips for tiny-home living.👍🏼
Truly some nice homes! God Bless! 🙏
TY for sharing.
Love the changes!!! Great job!
Randy and Amanda,
You're so fun and so cute. I love all the home designs. So interesting.
I’m right there with you mandie. Awwww when Randy calls u mandie it’s the best it shows how close u two r. Love it. I love when guys r hooting n heckling it’s what men do n also open doors. Love u guys so much
Randy love the new changes to the Incred- I -Box!! You have really made the home feel like a real home!!
Amanda, I'm so happy you enjoy that umbrella! ❤ The Umbrella Lady 😘
I love these new changes to the incred-i-box & I welcome more changes as you figure out more improvements as time goes forward.
It looks great Randy!!!
Wow! I'm impressed! Yall are awesome builders!
Extending the length of the countertop takes away some of the spaciousness of the living/bedroom area. I much prefer the 72" length. I keep looking at these videos because I bought one and am planning how to decorate it. I like the panel where you put it, but it's looking somewhat cramped overall.
Hi Randy and Amanda and Ace, God Bless.
Suggestion: I'd move the bathroom lightswitch just a little closer to the door opening. That would allow more unencumbered kitchen wall space. Maybe ITH installed the lightswitch in its current location because they need the "hollow" space behind the shower to hide the junction box.
This is awesome, I am saving for one now camping glamorously here I come
With my daddy passing just a little while ago, I am looking at how I can take care of myself and the ones dear to my heart that need it. Life is never certain and you can't control the bad things that wave into your life but it is nice to have the dreams like this to think upon. God has a plan even when we are not sure what it might be.
I love it! Small but perfect for one person!
I love the RJO- $15.000 bring it back
You should put one in the forest or mountain, cover it completely in mirror so it becomes a minimal impact art house! 👍🥰👍
I love the 10 x 20 floor plan! I love the RJO floorplan also! I love the Freedom floorplan too! ❤️🏡❤️
Love where the panel Box and water heater is. Nice change.
Where is the oven & cooking hob going to be situated?
Love your opinion Randy
Y’all are cracking me up!!!
Randy is working hard based on his appearance. LOL
Love watching.
Randy I love the changes that you made with the 8 x 16 incredible box. I think the only thing you didn’t give measurement to was the space above the bathroom for storage.😂💕 have a great night Randy and Amanda,😊🥰
16-17" high with the ceiling decrease from 9ft to 8ft towards the bathroom, 92 1/4" wide, and 38" deep
Randy's hat is cute. Beautiful incredaBox!
I'm so hoping one will be mine! Love them.. The new ideas are awesome. I like my little fridge BTW. Haha! I like the counter top. 💗

Very nice ! 👍🇺🇸
Very cute! I love the changes. I woukd probably take out a window in the living area and install a murphy bed.
People in West Texas call it Taco Tuesday, it has become a normal to go get tacos on Tuesday.
These incredible homes are awesome.
Love your channel amazing tiny homes your incredible
The water heater should be on the floor in case it leaks. Where it's at will ruin everything under the shelf.
Is this a joke?
Those #'s aren't TN phone numbers though.
@@persebramaybe because I am.
That IS AN AMAZING IDEA 💡 👏 🙌 😍
Quick question, could an on-demand water heater be installed before purchase?
There seems to be someone scamming saying folks have won things. Might want to check.
Your umbrella is so cute!
I love your homes!
I love it Randy and Amanda God bless
New changes..... perfect!!!
Very nice overall! Plug by door might be low because wood trim holding outlet might be upside down?
nice! thank you
Randy your little increda box is so cute. The only thing I would do is to put a Saloon swinging door at the entrance of the bathroom🤗
Great video
Question: Is there enough room to mount the track for a barn door in the bathroom? It doesn't seem like there is enough wall space above the door opening to actually screw in the track.
Love the changes 👍🏼😃
What's the material for the wall and a corner molding that you have riveted to the wall? Is that the finish of the inside? would it be possible for a tankless on demand water heater to maximize storage?
