No sink in the bathroom, no cooktop. How could you pay that much for a house half done. The homes need to stop being pushed out so fast and build them like they did .
I got to agree with another poster, I LOVE the long counter. Cannot get enough counter space in any home, much less a tiny. AND Id like to see that in the new 8X24. IS it possible to make the counter in the 8X24 in a "L" shape? and how does one access the loft in this tiny? Good work!!

I recommend generic Claritin for allergies to pollen, called loratadine. Take 2 pills per day on bad days in the spring and fall. Allegra gave me a lot of back pain.
There is sales tax. I can't image there would be. It would need to attached to a permanent foundation to be taxed. It is RVIA certified tiny house that have gone through the inspection and certification process provided by the Recreational Vehicle Industry Association, same as any camper you would buy

They had to measure everyone of them in the community and turn it in and they do have to pay property tax on size n value. My tiny in alabama I only pay 24.oo per yr for a sticker . Can't recall the reason for them to charge when you don't own the land??
So some official from the town comes and determines the value and the tax? Is there a minimum tax? Does TN tax all campers/tinys every year, after sales tax?

I think the county where ITH is has started charging property taxes on tiny homes to help the county financially with infrastructure and more employees because of the large influx of people flocking the ITH subdivisions?? Most states and counties as of yet tiny homes are considered RV or trailers and taxed at those sales tax upon purchase and only require a small yearly sticker fee. I personally only pay 24.oo for my yearly sticker tax and I'm on a private rental lot.

Why would you put the tankless water heater on the kitchen wall, should be under the counter or in the bathroom back wall over toilet, just saying
Agree with water heater placement, why not 18” below? Bathroom, don’t think so, nice to have that wall above toilet for storage cabinet.
This could be a great vacation getaway.

No, it's the Incred-i-Box and the cottage that can be added to. The RJO and other pitched roof models cannot, because the roofline is not compatible.

The buyer is being charged an extra $20,000 for the infrastructure That floor plan as a 10x 20 is perfect.
